We had a great experience at Toyota with Avery helping us find a great SUV. Our only complaint is the dealership markup, but that seems pretty standard to all dealerships right now (new cars are hard to find!). Also our toddler came car shopping with us, and the staff at Toyota were so nice and patient when he got restless!

My experience with Ammaar’s Toyota Vacaville was great. Their staff is very kind and catering. I was in contact with one of their sales-reps, Murrissa Alonzo, for a little under a month, and she was very helpful in finding me the exact car I wanted. Given the current Market, finding a car has been extremely difficult and competitive due to lack of inventory nation wide. Murrissa made me feel like a priority, stayed in contact with me the whole time, and found me the car relatively quick. What took the longest was simply waiting for the car to be delivered. Most of the staff are very helpful and kind, and I recommend anyone to do business with them.

They want me to pay for the diagnostic on top of the vehicle having a stripped oil pan. The manager Chris states that all vehicles go through a thorough inspection. Clearly not as to why my purchase check engine light is on and the oil pan is stripped.

I kept checking different dealerships’ inventory online and found a great deal here one Wednesday morning. I had the car Thursday afternoon. The market is crazy nowadays. Just do your homework.

Do NOT come here. I should’ve heeded the numerous negative reviews. I purchased my new 4Runner at another dealer but have been coming here for the included Toyota care maintenance. I have come here 3 times now and each visit has been worse and worse. I made an appointment for my maintenance a week in advance and once I showed up they told me I wasn’t on the schedule since they never put my appointment in, oh great! Then told me it’d be 3 hours just for the bare basic maintenance. They lost my wheel lock at a previous appointment too, fantastic. One employee dinged my car with his clipboard, nice. Staff is unpleasant and rude, zero motivation and speed. One customer told me they never even called her to let her know her car was finished so she waited an additional 2 hours! I could go on and on, just do not come here EDIT: my original review was for 1 stars, went back for my 20K maintenance (had no other choice) but had a much better experience. They actually reserved my appointment this time, and everything took about 45 minutes instead of 3 hours. Employees were much more friendlier as well.

This dealership is the worst I've "EVER" worked with! After your warranty has expired, definitely DO NOT EVER go here, they replace parts that were not requested, and still DID NOT FIX the problem! A $2000 bill grew to over $4000, I asked from the owner personally, and explained very well and clearly "if they could not fix "DO NOT REPLACE", so they did it anyway! He said he'd look into it, IT NEVER HAPPENED! Two times they ripped me off viscously, I'll admit I'm the fool for going back the second time! If I can save "one person" this heart ache this rating is worth it! These folks are "thieves", travel an extra distance and save your money!!!

I bought a CPO from here in Aug 2020. I also asked to see do they still have the lifetime tires coverage, as is I can get new tires for free when my tires are worn. At the time, the sale clerk told me they only offer a 5 years plan at $2,000 and I paid for the service. I came back to the dealership March 2022. The service clerk told me that my tires are only cover for road side damages or pro-rated cost. They said my tires are too worn to have another set of prorated tires. So they lied to me for the $2000 tires service that I cannot use.

UPDATE: We purchased a BRAND NEW 2022 Subaru Ascent from Subaru of Fairfield. Do yourself a favor and go see the guys at subaru of fairfield Most frustrating dealership to work with. Absolutely everything we did to try to purchase a vehicle was blocked. They wouldn't accept a loan through Travis credit union and the bank was closed for nrw years day and sunday...and they also wouldn't let us put a deposit down to hold the vehicle until Monday...and when we were at the dealership ABSOLUTELY no one thought to mention that they didn't accept loans through Travis. And when I called to talk to the sales manager Chris, he didn't care at all. The only positive thing about our visit was Danny. He is a great and helpful salesman and I would've loved to have purchased through him.

I came here for an oil change on my RAV4 as a last second resort. Normally I’d do the Oil Change my self and I should had done so. Their amateur mechanics tight the oil filter housing too much and end up scratching the drain plug. When I finally do the Housing off one of the supports broke. After speaking with the manager he said because my car hadn’t been there in months and I removed it it fell on me to replace it which cost $90 (More than the oil change itself) now this housing is useless and they refuse to even do something. If you can do oil changes yourself and save yourself the $86.
