My wife and I stopped at Moss Bros. Toyota of Moreno Valley to look at some of the new Toyota's. We were warmly greeted and the entire crew on the sales floor were so upbeat and welcoming. We were so impressed. They were all dressed with coats and ties and looked very professional. This is not your typical dealer we often see now days. Did not have what we were looking for but they still made us feel as though we purchased the most expensive vehicle they had. My hat is off to the entire staff and when it comes time to purchase a car they will be our go to dealer even though we live an hour away. I accidentally left my cell phone there and they go it back to me in short order. Thanks again! Just an FYI, customers do feel the vibe when they go to a dealer and this one has what we like.

Our sales person, Joel, was a great guy! I had called ahead and he answered because I wanted to know if there's a way they could work with us without the crazy markups. He told us there's a good chance as long as the vehicle is on the lot. So, after a bad experience with another dealership, we headed to Moss Bros Toyota. I called ahead and left a message to let him know we were on our way. He called back to make sure that a hatchback Corolla was something we'd be interested in since they had just sold out on the new sedan Corollas and I let him know that that's no problem! When we got there, he pulled the car up and went on a test drive with my brother, showing him all the features of the car. Afterwards, we sat down and got to working on the numbers. His sales manager had to get involved since I was pretty hard pressed on not paying for the markup, which give no additional value to the car. (Even the dealer-installed add-ons was something I wanted half price on since we didn't ask for them to be installed, but I let that one slide.) After some discussion, Joel and his manager made it happen! We even bought extended warranty, a service plan/package and GAP to make sure the car was fully protected and taken care of. The 45 minute drive to the dealership was well worth it compared to the bad experience we had from another Toyota dealership closer to home. I'd definitely send people Joel's way, and when I'm ever in the market, I'll definitely be seeing Joel! Thanks again, Joel!

I visited Moss Bros Toyota yesterday, and was so very pleased with the service I received! Steve Atencio helped me, and the service he provided was excellent! I own a Toyota Corolla, and was needing a 90,000 mile service. I took my car there and received prompt attention and service. I discussed some concerns I had, and Steve listened attentively and made note of any concerns I had. After my car had been checked out, Steve came into the waiting room and clearly explained to me what needed to be done and what additional services that my car needed (I also needed new brakes and a new gas cap.) The service and attention that he provided was professional, courteous, and very much appreciated! I asked a lot of questions, and he was very patient and took the time to answer them all for me. I will be returning to Moss Bros Toyota for future service, that is for certain!

Oil Change Service - I made an appointment for my truck with Steve. Upon arrival I was quickly greeted and told that Steve would be right out. I didn’t have to wait long, Steve was very polite and courteous, he listened to what I was looking for in an oil service for my truck. I was given my estimate and then I left and ran some errands. During that time I was contacted due to needing some additional filters for my truck that were not listed on the original estimate, and I gave my consent. Not too long after he notified me that was truck was ready for pick up. When I returned for pick-up Steve went over my vehicle checklist with me, letting me know if there were any issues I should be made aware of, and I’m happy to report all was good. I was very pleased with the communication and personal attention that I received from Steve. I will be seeing Moss Toyota again in 5,000 miles. Thanks for the great service Steve and Moss Toyota!

If I could give negative stars I would. I really did try to make this my new toy go to Dealership for my Toyota(s) repairs. Close to home and convenient. I went 2 previous times with appointments and each of them were bad experiences with time. The 1st time I took my Corolla for an airbag recall with an appointment. This was a 5hr wait. The 2nd time I scheduled a time for an oil change. When I arrived, I was told they were unable to get to it due to being short on staff. I would have been more understanding if I was notified ahead of time. I rescheduled for them following week. I went back then the following week, with an appointment. I was told it would be at least 3 hrs before they could get to it. After explaining to the gentleman how I was trying to make their dealership my to go to place, he told me there was nothing he could do even with an appointment. I asked them to retrieve my car and I would go elsewhere and how disappointed I was with them. When the young kid brought my car back (it took a while) I left for home. Less than 1 mile away. Later that day I went to get some dinner and noticed my RH front bumper had been hit. Reason for taking time to bring back to me. I know if I had gone back on Monday morning, I had no evidence it was done that Saturday. My word against theirs. For those who go make sure to inspect your car before you leave. Do a walk around. I will continue to use Ontario Auto Center Toyota as my choice. Never had an issue with them.

Dropped off my truck today for routine maintenance and was greeted by Frank Navarro. Frank is a very easy and informative associate to work with. Frank let me know exactly what services were going to be performed, and recommended a service that would most likely save me money in the future. He did this all with a very informative and non pushy approach. I really appreciate Frank and believe he is a valuable asset to the Moss Bros. team. Thanks Frank!

I went in for service today for an oil change, and normally you are also recommended for another type of service you are due or about to be due. To be honest I had no idea what Frank ( member who helped me check in) was talking about so I declined the service not knowing what he really meant. While I was on the phone with my husband he offered If I was interested in explaining to him what he had previously stated. He explained in detailed and it turned out I did needed the extra service. Bottom line I was happy that Frank went the extra mile it truly shows how great they are. Now I feel extra save that I will be walking out with no issues on my car. Awesome!

Went to Moss Bros Toyota in Moreno Valley for a basic tune up and oil change and had the pleasure to meet Donn at the service desk. He was polite, knowledgeable and reassuring to me. After inspection the techs found a critical issue with my vehicle that I was unaware of. With children at home and my wife at times using my car to get to work it is imperative that it is always in great working and safe condition. Donn walked we thru it and even helped with the price of the repairs which i found to be very respectful and low. The repairs were fixed timely and Donn was always in contact with me during the whole process. I had never had this level of positive customer service before from an auto repair facility. He definitely won me over and I will be going there now for all my auto needs. Thank you again for getting me back on the road.

When we were selling our leased car to them, took them weeks to tell us we couldn't do that and that we had to take the car back to the original dealership and buy our lease back before selling. All good until we went to pick up our car and they magically had both taken the car to another dealership and lost the keys. We bought a new car through them after all that and got a recent recall message for a software update. Emailed for weeks to get to them as that is the protocol for safety recalls. Finally called after not hearing back and apparently we had missed our appointment which they never contacted us for. Gave us another appointment for today, I take it in and am told 4-6 hour wait. I wait 7 hours before calling. Have to wait for a manager to call me back. They call me back and leave a message at 5:30pm to call them back. Call back at 6pm and apparently the service department closes at 5:30pm. We call and no one has our paperwork and we are stuck without a car until we can figure out what happened and why they needed to have a manager call us back. Hopefully they haven't lost or damaged the car...

I put money down in December before the vehicle had arrived. Because I put my trust in them they put forth a great effort for me. When my car was stuck in transit, Brett and Jesus worked tirelessly with another Toyota USA to bring my vehicle to me. Then 6 weeks later my vehicle was hand delivered. Papers were signed and my family and I have a brand new Toyota Sienna Hybrid. Excellent work guys. Thank you!
