The staff are always very nice and accommodating. They have a great selection of everything music. Managed to snag the guitar I've been eyeing for awhile and at a killer price due to promos from Taylor.

I didn't know what I needed but Justin was awesome! He explained what I needed and how to connect it!! The clerk at the front was also helpful, friendly and polite! I was not prepared for it to be such a busy place but everyone there seemed to have received the attention they needed.

Poor customer service. Not the first staff member offered to assist me with anything. I would then say they were busy, however, until I noticed three staff members standing around conversing amongst their colleagues. From a business standpoint, this is not favorable at all. This staff needs more training in regards to proper customer service etiquette.

Tons of inventory with lots of different instruments, mixing boards headphones and microphones. They had exactly what we wanted but the price was more than what we expected so we'll have to wait and save up some more before going back. Parking: Parking was easy. With a school next store there shouldn't be any issues to park

After asking for assistance, the salesman answered all my questions. My wife was looking to purchase her first guitar and was in that section trying out different ones. I was in a different part of the store asking questions and asked if the salesman would come into the guitar section later to check on her. I was glad to see that after 15 min or so he checked in and answered some of her questions. The one thing that kept the review from being a five star was no one greeted us when we walked in and asked if we needed help. Clean store, lots of variety, and those that we were engaged with were helpful and gave great service.

Let me start with the fact that I know nothing about musical equipment. I needed to get my oldest child their first electric guitar and an amplifier. Matt patiently walked me through the process. They have a couple of different starter packs available that included everything we needed. They were very patient and super friendly.

Everyone was helpful, last 2 times I have gotten the same guy ,I can never remember his name but I know his face. He spent a good bit of time answering every detailed question about my guitar. I wound up with a LP that I love ,not even the most expensive but I love the color and finish. The tone is incredible. Great experience! Thanks

First time visiting. I went as a ride alone. The visit consisted of upgrading an adapter and speaker cord. While shopping, I enjoyed looking at these album covers.

Quick visit, they sell everything! Any music supplies you need: Guitars, speakers, amps, different kinds of cords, albums, dj equipment; you can get it all here. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable of their products and your needs.

One of the few Guitar Centers I've been to where the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and won't try to encourage you to absolutely waste your money. I go every few months to trade for other guitars or to just browse to find another guitar to take home. I can't recommend this place enough if you can't find what you need in a smaller shop!
