The staff at this location are absolutely amazing. I have a movement disorder which makes filling out labels difficult. I highly recommend UPS Mallard.

My package said it would be delivered on a Monday and required a signature. I called the 1-800 number in the morning to get an estimated time of delivery, and was told it would be delivered anytime before 8pm. I waited around until about 5pm and called again, but this time I was told my package hadn’t made it on the truck and would be delivered the following day. After wasting my time all day UPS could not arrange or guarantee a time the following day to make up for their poor performance. Not even close to the level of service you would expect for $75. Next time I‘ll be sure to use FedEx.

Worst customer service ever! Every employee we've spoken to has been EXTREMELY rude and it is obvious that they do not care about you as a customer AT ALL. UPS Freight is notorious for damaging shipments as well. We have had shipments damaged which had to be replaced. They did not reimburse the costs of shipping for either shipment (the original or the replacement). Furthermore, they will quote you one price on their website and bill you a completely different amount. An amount that is usually 2-3 times higher than what they quote you. Do not use this company!
