Best shipping service in Greensboro, North Carolina (NC) 2024

My package said it would be delivered on a Monday and required a signature. I called the 1-800 number in the morning to get an estimated time of delivery, and was told it would be delivered anytime before 8pm. I waited around until about 5pm and called again, but this time I was told my package hadn’t made it on the truck and would be delivered the following day. After wasting my time all day UPS could not arrange or guarantee a time the following day to make up for their poor performance. Not even close to the level of service you would expect for $75. Next time I‘ll be sure to use FedEx. ~JJ
