Best experience I've ever had with a mailing service. One stop shop for all mailing services is quite right! I got 2 docs notarized, 1 doc printed (x6 pages), and mailed passport renewal documents through priority USPS (required for mailing passport renewals). I paid less than $32 for all these services. I had passport photos done through a different service, but this location also offered passport phototaking. They offer mail drop-off for DHL, FedEx, USPS, UPS. Boxes and shipping services for all mailing entities, flat envelopes; they also sell stamps, holiday cards, and more. They thoughtfully placed a small desk for children to color and draw while they wait. They also have a loyalty card that offers discounts on shipping the more you use their services too. The gentleman at the front desk was kind and patience, and absolutely wonderful to speak with. This will be the only mailing place I'll be going to from now on!

When to get my postal box and the clerk was not helpful after being my documents notarized he still continue to tell me I needed the notary documents which was already notarized. Then carry on to tell me he could accept the document without the 2 forms which was not needed it the paper is already completed . If the process is different from the online information update your employees and website process

My cousin recommended Goin Postal to ship my packages to my husband who is currently deployed. I gave them the correct address, but when I received an email from them, they had the wrong address listed. I called immediately and they acknowledged their mistake, but stated there was nothing they can do to correct the mistake. I paid for them to ship it to the correct address. I have called two days and received no further information. I called corporate customer service and she said all they can do is send a message to the owner. I will never use Goin Postal ever again. They have terrible customer service.
