I broke down in Caldwell and needed some parts to repair my vehicle. These guys worked with me to get the parts I needed. They even let me leave my vehicle in their parking lot overnight to repair the next morning when the parts arrived. Their service was exemplary. I highly recommend them.

Went in to get an air filter and wiper blades. Was not greeted when I walked in, 4 guys behind the counter. Looked up my own parts. Walked to the counter was greeted by one guy, the only one working on anything. His customer came back, he said I will be with you in a moment, helped the customer that was there before me, which is fine. The other 3 guys stood talking to one another completely ignoring me, so I had to wait until the only one who wants to work apparently, rang me up and took my money. Horrible customer service. That is really bad for a small town. I sure hope corporate reads this...oh wait they won't care they got my money. News flash that is the last dollar I will spend at Advance or CARQUEST. Hello NAPA auto parts.

Walked in to buy gloves. Found two pair that were similar so asked the female associate why one pair was $27 and the other pair was $14.99. She said she didn't know and WALKED AWAY!! I'm not from the area so not sure if people here are naturally this rude or what. Pretty sure I will never visit this place again.
