Best tool rental service in Caldwell, Ohio (OH) 2024

Been dealing with them for years and never had a problem at all. Called down this week to order a part was talking to the manager of all people and I received nothing but rude comments and smart ass remarks. He has no idea what he's doing as far as parts go my brother told him what he needed and he ordered the wrong part now he refuses to refund the part that he ordered incorrectly. Plus he was very rude about it. If I could I'd give them a zero out of five review. Will not be going back to them! ~Caleb

Always good service. Can't say that the machine always works when hooked up. It said my starter was fine but it wasn't at all and had to get it replaced. ~Danielle
