I bought my car on August 17th and have LOVED it every since. I noticed my radio was having a few issues with sound so I reached out to Morris, let him know my concerns and he sent someone to pick up my car the same day with a loaner in tow. He kept me updated on everything that was happening and made sure I was taken care of. The process only took a few days to fix and I got my car back good as new with no issues. Drove by woody Folsom seen a truck I liked so I checked sticker on it an went home because salesmen we're busy. Sticker said $61,350. So I call back next day and ask what the out the door price is because I usually buy a new truck every 3 or 4 years. But this is my first time going here because they had a large selection. So salesman finally gives me a price of like $74,000 and I'm like, what ? He proceeds to tell me that this version of the gmc elevation has a big lift and larger tires. So I say why wouldn't you put that somewhere on the truck where the price is ? He , who's name.is Jay . Says they don't have the ability to do so.. so if you go here do not assume that sticker on the window is correct, my price went up $13,000 !!! I think this is a bad business practice, they lost a guaranteed sale that day because of this. You need to be transparent when selling cars.

Everything went great. Did everything over the phone. It was all fast and easy. The only problem was the new truck was delivered with the check engine light on. I didn’t have the truck 24hrs and it had to be returned. Everyone has been nice to deal with but buying a truck brand new and it’s been at the service department longer than my driveway is not exactly how I thought this was going to go. I’m sure it will all work out. It’s not Woody Folsoms fault the truck has issues but it’s terrible it didn’t make 100 miles before a check engine light came on. Even though the truck has problems I would buy from them again. Everyone was super nice and easy to deal with.
