We had a wonderful salesman Chandler. He wasn’t pushy. He was very helpful. We told him what we were looking for and he found it and emailed us back with a picture and give us details on the car and we came back over to look at it and it was perfectly what we was looking for. We bought it. He was also very patient with us and everyone we had any communication with was really nice. I would send anyone there to buy a car. Our experience was great. We also bought a new truck there in august with same salesman Chandler and we wanted a certain color and he found it for us so we bought 2 vehicles there within less than a month and both times everyone was so friendly and courteous. I will refer anyone looking for a vehicle there

Can't even make an appointment to have my truck serviced and alignment done. Was told maintenance is done thru Quick Lane and its first come first serve. The main service shop only does repairs. Like the last two times I used them, I had to wait 3-4 hours at Quick Lane to get my vehicle's oil changed. Not to mention I was on hold for 23 minutes before the service department even answered to find all this out! Woody Folsum has lost my business. He advertises taking care of his customers, but when it comes to vehicle service...well, good luck.

The life time warranty on their vehicles are great; however, I dropped my F150 off for a warranty repair at the end of April and it is currently June, I still do not have my truck. I was told I could not get a loaner vehicle. I am not happy about the inconvenience and the inconsistencies about my truck repairs or time frame for the repairs. I was never given calls on updates or changes to the service on my truck. I called weekly and was always told the same thing. I was told on Friday by Valin that my truck will be ready for pick up on Saturday. I expresses due to not having transportation, I will be there Monday to pick up my truck. Today is Monday and I'm being told that they do not think my truck is ready for pick-up. I need a loaner vehicle!!!

Hello, I have a 2020 f350 truck that I bought from Woody, it only has 12,300 miles on it. The sales and staff are great and I would buy from them again, but when I took my truck in for oil service and have the tire they patched when I bought it fixed because it keeps losing air. When I got it back I had to pay for a valve stem which is metal because they said that was the problem, I am writing this review because I was disappointed I had to pay when I thought it would be covered under warranty which they said was not and how do I know who ever patched my tire the first time did not crack the valve stem. I know tires are not covered but this is a metal valve stem it does not wear and tear like a tire well thank you

They truly care about the happiness and satisfaction of the customer, and go above and beyond to make sure you're taken care of. Chris Conder was an excellent salesman, and I couldn't recommend him more. Definitely ask for him!

Read the screen shots, from Jeff Woodard himself, after he received credit for the purchase of a brand new vehicle, in which he lied to get us to sign on the dotted line; he then blamed it on management said they told him to say it, keep in mind also for a company he no longer works for, pictures will explain. May want to use someone other than Jeff Woodard if you go to Woody Folsom 👍 just heads up. See pics
