Staff is super sweet and helpful, Fatima the pharmacist assistant is super rude. She made an error calling my previous pharmacy to transfer my prescriptions over, she seriously said "you're wasting my time having me call CVS if they aren't showing prescriptions for you." Oh no ma'am. YOU made the mistake, not me or CVS. Horrible lack of empathy and horrible bedside manner. Oh not to mention their lack of attention had me pay for a prescription I already paid for (they all have really funky names and are brand new), so let's hope my insurance doesn't have an issue with it and try to bill me for the full price. Good thing I didn't need that extra $23.

They do NOT care about the people that use them at all! My son needs his two prescriptions that were sent in. I called before going up there and they said they received both and will have them filled in an hour. When I go up there they said they are waiting on a pre auth for one of the prescriptions for insurance to cover it. I asked how much it would be and they gave me the price. I told them I would just pay for it because my son desperately needs the meds. Then the manager says sorry it’s out of stock! I have never had to deal with such ignorance! Why would you be trying to get a pre auth for meds you don’t even have and why was I told it would be ready! Why wasn’t I told they were out of stock when I called! Also they told me they would send it to another Publix location for it to be filled. I called the other location and they gave me a price which was more than double what Mirror Lake quoted me. When I asked why she said it was because Mirror Lake was breaking up the prescription that my son’s doctor sent in. Yet again none of this was relayed to me. Jennifer, the manager at this location, straight lied to my face and when I asked for someone else I could make a formal complaint with all she said was “I’m the manager”. Your the issue! This is ridiculous!

Had a whole new prescription for Gabapentin for my sciatica and couldn’t even pick it up OR my refill for the same medicine on a different prescription number despite doctors orders and so forth. While I’ll keep using this pharmacy ONLY because changing pharmacy’s is a pain I don’t recommend it for new people.

I just switched to this pharmacy and my first encounter was with a lovely lady named Ms. Cheryl. She was very sweet and very helpful! She answered all of my questions and even under her mask I could tell she was smiling. I’m very satisfied with the customer service here and I will be asking for Ms. Cheryl every time!

Today I waited in front of signage as usual Pharmacy prepaid pickup. When I arrived there was around 5 associates behind counter and Austin assisting a customer at the regular pick up. I continued to wait but then when I saw that a man just literally walked up and Austin begin to assist him like i did not exist, I couldn't believe it. He (Austin)then after that said can I help the next customer. I said to him do you seriously not see me standing over here. He said you should be over in this line. I stated I use this service all the time and always have been told to go to signage (as well as the app states it too). He said something to his co-workers, and someone else finished my order. There was no clarifying of prepaid pick up or anything offered. I don't like scenes so therefore I chose not to take it further at that time and just asked for his name. Which he yanked on his badge and said Auuusttiiin. But please figure it out, and you may want to retrain Austin to meet Publix standards!!

This place has horrible service! Every time I come here I have to wait at least fifteen minutes! Why? I called in advance to ensure that the prescription would be ready!! There are too many options available to have to tolerate this type of service. I’m done!

The pharmacist here and their staff are extremely incompetent. Their customer service is awful and they lack basic pharmaceutical knowledge. If I could give Zero stars I would.

They are quick and thoroughly check to make sure your prescription is right and have discounted and even free prescription meds if cost is an issue.

Absolutely love this pharmacy. The staff know you like family. Very helpful with medications and they always do a follow up call to check on a family member if one of us has been prescribed an antibiotic. The ONLY thing that I dislike is that there isn't a drive thru option, but that's not a deal breaker. Customer for life.
