Dr. Stacey Melson was the rudest person I have ever encountered at this pharmacy. Extremely unprofessional and entitled from what I could tell. This pharmacy has gone down hill extremely fast with their unqualified and rude customer service.

This pharmacy was good up until now. They have completely gone off the rails. Charging 3 months for 1 month meds and they do NOT have their system up to date starting that I have 2 insurance companies when I only have one. One is all they have been charging up to this point. They are no longer worth dealing with!!!

These are the most caring, empathetic professionals I’ve ever worked with! I’m an independent family and emergency nurse practitioner and they’ve given me solid pharmaceutical advice for my patients, myself, and even for my service dog. How they remain so professional during this COVID pandemic is incredible. Customers still refuse to wear a mask. I watched a pregnant mother with four other young children REFUSE to wear masks and parked at curbside pickup to walk into store. The kids were all sneezing and coughing, and wiped their mouth and nose w their hands. I only said: “ This is a pickup parking slot. Just call the # on the sign and the tech will bring your meds to you, pretty nice, huh?” She said “I’m only going to dash in....besides I‘m pregnant and don’t need to wear a mask!” I was stunned! And the pharmacists and techs have to deal with this ALL DAY LONG! God bless them!

I had the most awe full experience today at the Walmart pharmacy. The pharmacist started out extremely rude when I told them I just realized they gave me the wrong medication. I am assuming that since I’ve never had problems with her before it was my Trump hat on today. If this is how this woman in customer service treats people then she should definitely find another job. Yeah I got rude back but I will not be treated as a child.

I have always liked this pharmacy & their staff which we have been going to for 6 years now but the other day the pharmacist went absolutely above & beyond her call of duty for me in a scary situation in regards to meds for 2 serious infections I had been diagnosed with of C Difficile & E Coli. It was a Friday & the weekend was approaching & our insurance company needed further authorization from my gastro doctor who called in for the heavy duty meds but being it was after office hours and she wasn't the on call doc, I had to resort to other resources to get these meds filled immediately due to the potentially dangerous nature of my infections & it left me in quite the bind until I spoke with the pharmacist directly about my dilemma. She spent nearly an hour on the phone with our insurance company & got the approval & filled my prescription. Extremely grateful for the measures she took in making sure I was taken care of properly before my infections worsened. It was greatly appreciated to say the least. Not to mention, it was very refreshing to see that there are still many out there that do their job because they genuinely care & they're not just out there doing it solely for the money.

First - my prescription was 46 pills short and I got no explanation. Second, I was told my chronic degenerative condition had to be “chronic” in order for me to get more than a week supply. I’ve been on this medication long term, always getting it filled at Walmart. It’s been about a decade. Second and most importantly, the kind pharmacy attendant went to ask the pharmacist about the problem and the pharmacist yelled angrily at her. I am changing pharmacies TODAY! I would’ve worked with this pharmacist until I heard the way she spoke to someone who was only trying to help me and had absolutely no way to know what to tell me without talking to her first. She was so rude. I work in customer service and I have NEVER experienced this at a pharmacy.

I give it two stars because of the outside. I love Walmart, and I come from the Walmarts of Paulding county. This Walmart in Villa Rica is one of the most dirtiest I've ever been. Even in the the "hood" Walmarts are cleaner outside. I am so embarrassed and shocked at this considering that I purchased a very expensive home near by. The sad part is...ALL of the business around are dirty with cigarette butts, oily car stain s and paper debri around. Very shocked and disappointed!

Bad customer service mainly because they seem to not care how sick you are but they are very happy to take their time to wait on you to give you your medicine
