Cashier was super rude to my mom. There are a lot of questions on the payment pad, and my mom was trying to read the questions and answer. Employee was unnecessarily rushing my mom and treating her as if she were a horrible inconvenience. My mom was only purchasing one item. Wont be using this store any more.

Buyer beware at this store. Purchased a floor cleaner that obviously has been returned after use. The box was missing parts and the cleaning pads were as brown as a hamburger. Now there’s a hour drive each way to return it. I was offered 20 percent off which still makes it more than the cost at other stores.

So very different since the pandemic. Less product was the biggest surprise for me. I guess all department stores are focusing on their online businesses now. I'll definitely miss the kitchen tools wall and all the different appliances, linens, curtains, bath products, etc. Their great 20% off coupons and a very extensive product line is still available online.

I love me some Bed Bath and Beyond, but they are not well stocked anymore. We were looking for curtains. I was very disappointed👎🏾☹️☹️

With respect to inventory and prices, it's what one expects from this chain. This particular store has especially friendly, helpful staff and is kept quite tidy -- which is a real effort in retail. A bonus is that the shopping center has a large, well-maintained parking lot with easy access and egress.

Your average Bed Bath & Beyond. Clean, friendly staff. Was looking for drinking glasses. Very surprised at how little they had to choose from. All in all kind of dissappointed.

Wonderful customer service employees throughout the store to assist with any needs! I went last week then took my grandchildren a couple days later. I was out shopping for bedding when I found this jewel to sit at the bottom of my bed on clearance 49 bucks Queen sheets 19 way to go went back to pickup a Ring indoor camera and we found binoculars for our trips to the mountains!

I purchased this for curbside pickup and the price was great! Regularly $39.99 it is $19.99 for black Friday... I was able to find parking right in front and the process to notify someone was easy. Aside from the person taking around 5mins to bring my items to me it was a very quick and easy process. Five stars for fast service and a great price.

One of my favorite places to browse. The Bed Bath and Beyond brand has survived economic downturns and the rise on online retailing. It's a unique kind of shopping experience not only with regard to the selection of products on the shelves but the way the stores are presented to shoppers.
