When I walked into the store there’s an employee who greets you. I walked into the store looking for basketball sneakers. The whole time I was there there was no assistance at all. I asked the employee by the door a question she didn’t know the answer. Instead of finding out the answer she tells me to ask the manage. When I went to the manager the girl didn’t look friendly at all. She had a poker face. Overall experience was horrible. You can clearly see the employees are young adults who have no clue in how to engage with a person and provide great customer service. Poor experience at the store. Whoever said the employees is friendly must be an inside person.

If I could give it a minus 10 I would . I understand we all have our days.but if you(employee) get a call about a product(customer)& your answer is idk & u feel the "snarky remarks & the attitude like you bothered because I asked you a ? ..some ppl don't deserve to work in the Retail industry

The guys were gentleman young and motivated. They were very knowledgeable in the Nike sneakers and their release times and how long certain styles had been in the market. Great veteran discount was added to my purchase with proper ID. I recommend this place and I will be going back in the next few days.

I have been looking online for these sneakers for my granddaughter for a few days. I walked into Snipes and founf them immediately. The store is right nearby. I was in and out in less than 15 min. I am very happy! I don't have to order, pick up, pay for shipping. 1,2,3, Thank you! I should have looked in the store, first I pass it every day.

This store has the worse policy on sneakers I ever seen. I was trying to buy sneakers for someone and I wasn’t sure of their size, when I asked if the sneakers didn’t fit the person if I was able to exchange them for another size they said no. I also found out you can not try out new release sneakers. They forgot that every sneaker fit differently and that people should be able to try them out so they could be sure of what they are purchasing.
