I’ve been wedding band shopping for like 2 weeks. I made a few selections online and went in store on Friday night. I met Marcia who was such a joy and help. I don’t have family here and my fiancé couldn’t make it so it was just me and the kids and she made the experience so wonderful as if an extension of my family. I didn’t have much time on Friday night, but I went back today to her and she was so patient and kind and u could tell by her energy she had a big smile under her mask. She helped me to find just what I needed. Very knowledgeable on products and an excellent associate. She’s def my go to for my next visits and i recommend that she be yours too. Thank you, Marcia.

I enjoyed shopping at JC Penney in Co-op City Bronx. It's a 3 Floor Department store and has a wide range of items from clothing to household. They have very good sales, affordable quality merchandise and you can find something that meets your needs.

If you go through this location's reviews you'll see that they let people wait in 30+ line for an hour! Buy online or wait till the week i guess. Btw people got chairs for the elderly to sit and wait in line.

They really need more staff. But the ones there are so helpful and friendly. Lately the clearance is always a mess so I don't even bother looking.

All due respect to the workers who seem to be understaffed: I believe this company could had done better by separating lines of types of customers. One line for people who pay with coupons and one for people who pay without coupons (such as express pay). The reason I say that is because coupons seem to be tricky and the workers spend time figuring out how to provide a discount to these customers. That's nice for the people using discounts, however, people like me who are in a rush and don't use coupons, would appreciate more to have transactions expedited. I spent about 35-45 minutes just to pay fot a tie 👔 If my suggestion doesn't sound best, I'm pretty sure this company can come up with a better strategy to expedite transactions in a more efficient manner. Customer's times should be considered highly valuable.

Didn't have everything I was looking for. It's a nice place to shop however. I wish there more workers available when people are looking for help, and if at all possible air conditioning.

two cashiers at 4pm on a saturday why have staff fixing shelf's when you can have them on the register if your able to get there when they open i mostly go on weekday but had to make a return FYI you have to go to the top floor for that waited 45 min on a line to be told wrong floor

This is a family store that offers a wide variety of clothing for the entire family along with other household things, jewelry, luggage also Sephora for your skin care is located in the store....you can always find bargains especially on their 'sale rack'

Went all the way to Bay Plaza to exchange my capris. At first you wait on line for exchange, then when you're next they tell you to go to the next returns if online. I must say the line went fast and I exchanged my capris.... now I'm happy. It wasn't that bad. Please direct people to the right line in the first place and five stars would have been placed.
