I went there to buy a white polo shirt in L. They only had XXL on the shelf. I was told that's all they have. I ended up walking up the street to Gap, and they had my size.

They don't have a wide range of sizes. I went to buy something in a XXL and they referred me to their online store.

Customer service was pretty bad. Greeter did not greet anyone or say anything until security officer came over for a long chat. But the worst was being yelled at by fitting room supervisor. She tried to kick me out of the room because my daughter went to get a different size. My daughter's personal belongings were in the room which I explained. She yelled at me again saying I still needed to leave. I did not.

They always have the best sales. Nice summer dresses and cool summer tops.

Price are alright as long as you have their credit card. You get great deals and reward points to use towards clothes. This particular Old Navy wasn't solid with selection but that is to be expected. They're a smaller store than say the one on 33rd St or 5th Ave in Manhattan. But I was still able to find an outfit to purchase.

Old Navy on Fordham Rd. was nicely organized and neat, better than whatvI had expected. First time going there. The checkout lines was very fast, they had many cashiers. Two thumbs 👍🏽for Old Navy on Fordham Rd.

So this week the sale is Amazing! Jeans jeans jeans for 1/2 to 70% off can't beat that 4s tars because that line has to get handled better. Cashier's were upbeat and very nice ! Found a gem of a furry bag perfect for the holidays! Inside pocket, cute lining and so soft. Best part $12!!
