My experience wasn't the best, as a matter of fact it was horrible. I been coming to this Express clothing store in Bayplaza for years and never had any issues. I notice the store is fully staff with new people. Upon coming in the store I wasn't greeted, nor was I asked if I needed assistance. However, others that wasn't "Colored" customers were. Being a colored female, this really bother me. Especially with all racial issues going on in this world today. I addressed this issue with the manager, who wasn't "Colored." Instead of her apologizing for the inconvenience, she had the audacity to question and interrogate me about the situation. The manager name is Samantha and oh yes I did file a complaint with headquarters about her and that one other staff.

I'm so over Express. The quality of their clothing has gotten so inferior, sizes are irregular and the styles are just bizarre. I have Express clothing that's over 10 years old and the quality is 500 times better than what they are selling now. Bought pants a year ago and the seams started opening up after 2 wears and I bought a size up because I like my clothes to fit loosely and these were a slim fit style. What happened to you guys? This used to be my goto store but I'm so done with them.

Great the only caveat as it was one woman on the register but it may be due to the pandemic so it was a little slow to check out otherwise the store was clean and the set up was great.

Worst Express store, I have ever been to. It is very messy and while I had an associate helping me they were also communicating into their store walkie on why I was shopping, down to every nitty grit which kind of just made me feel uncomfortable. I asked for your assisstance not to tell everyone my entire business. The line was way to long for one person at the register. And for what I was assuming, are the managers just yell on the walkie to their associates- i’m guessing. Long story short, I left because it wasn’t really worth the effort looking for some leggings in a heap of mess, very unorganized. I even gave them another chance and went back another day. Unfortunately, it was a repeat of my previous experience. Shame. They need new management to get that place in tact because whoever is running the store clearly isn’t doing a good job, let alone an okay one.

Cashiers have no personality. They don’t seem to know where their merchandise is located. Super, super slow.. 💆♀️😴🙄🤬🤯 cashier with blackish bluish hair is the slowest, no personality, she didn’t even say hello... and they were all on their phone.

Arianna is the worse staff member in this store in the bay plaza mall. Incompetent and nasty. She'll make you wait a long time before opening the fitting room. She won't take the extra step to help the customers. She signed after I swiped my card when I asked her why she got upset and she had to re do the transaction.
