The 3 employees today that were in the store look like they couldn't be bothered to help anyone . Went in there to grab a mini backpack and getting to use my hot cash/rewards via the cashier was like pulling teeth . If you don't want to be bothered , maybe try a different profession.

Love the customer service, went on a saturday and while I was in checkout I got many compliments from the staff because of my outfit, they always make you feel welcome and if you need anything they are very open to any kinds of questions.

Store was fine, but maybe I've gotten too old for the things sold here because while there was nothing wrong with the store per say, the contents just weren't for me. When I was walking out, a super perky goth girl wished me a good day. I was super happy about that for some odd reason.

Very nice place. Clothing is a bit weird but in a good way. They carry various types of clothing. They got pants, skirts, shirts and different accessories. Most of them have cartoon favorites others have celebrities. Overall, the store had a dark scenery, kind of gothic but everything is visible and the clothes have a different appeal to them. The place is nice, petite and full of stock. You should be able to find something nice. The clothing is true too size. This store was located inside the mall. I brought for my daughter and she liked the garments. Price wasn't to expensive but expect to pay a little on the high side especially if it's a designed garment.
