The 3 employees today that were in the store look like they couldn't be bothered to help anyone . Went in there to grab a mini backpack and getting to use my hot cash/rewards via the cashier was like pulling teeth . If you don't want to be bothered , maybe try a different profession. ~Harry

Their staff are super friendly, efficient, and ultimately effective in helping my wife finding what she wants. Got a brand new pair of UGG Bailey Button II Boots in black, exactly the size and color she wanted. They have a pretty darn nice selection of footwear for sure. Will definitely be referring friends and family to buy from them again. ~kang

When I walked into the store there’s an employee who greets you. I walked into the store looking for basketball sneakers. The whole time I was there there was no assistance at all. I asked the employee by the door a question she didn’t know the answer. Instead of finding out the answer she tells me to ask the manage. When I went to the manager the girl didn’t look friendly at all. She had a poker face. Overall experience was horrible. You can clearly see the employees are young adults who have no clue in how to engage with a person and provide great customer service. Poor experience at the store. Whoever said the employees is friendly must be an inside person. ~S

So I'd like to talk about the excellent service I had today. Marcus and his team are such kind and patient people. I stopped in today to pick up uniforms for my boys who are so hard to please and picky. Marcus walked me through sizes, check stock for sizes that weren't out front he even search personally for sizes I wasn't able to find. While this may seem atypical it's not. Alot of stores are lacking true patience and customer service. MARCUS is a excellent manager, and he has an A team. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR CARING IN SUCH A TRYING TIME. You guys Rock! ~D's

I just love City Jeans! This is one of their many branches and in every one of them, you get the best customer care. I like that they have so many brands like Nike and UGG. The lovely staff here told me that they just got UGG's Sunburst Tall available at all of CJ branches for those who are interested. ~Evyatar
