So I'd like to talk about the excellent service I had today. Marcus and his team are such kind and patient people. I stopped in today to pick up uniforms for my boys who are so hard to please and picky. Marcus walked me through sizes, check stock for sizes that weren't out front he even search personally for sizes I wasn't able to find. While this may seem atypical it's not. Alot of stores are lacking true patience and customer service. MARCUS is a excellent manager, and he has an A team. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR CARING IN SUCH A TRYING TIME. You guys Rock!

This place omg reach the door 7:05pm they close 7pm ok kool i call to the security just to ask a question and he turn his back on me i felt so ashamed i was like oh no this man have no RESPECT AT ALL. I was not going to ask him to enter at all i was coming all the way from bay plaza and they refer me to the gap on fordham and all i got was embrassment. Any ways i went back the next day and made a purchase i needed to get some pants for my son to go to school only to find is ONE on the rack i still took it the rep that assisted me was so willing and helpful. It does not matter your post in a company you need to act respectful because you represent a brand. Anyway i dnt think i will EVER VISIT THIS LOCATION AGAIN.

It wasn't crowded, clothes were neatly placed on the clthing racks and shelves. Some sales, not much, but overall the store was clean and neat, and customer service was good.💯💯

The manager was extremely rude. How can’t you guys honor an exchange when it’s an equal exchange I’m literally just swapping one item for the same item except just a larger size! Will be getting a call from corporate very soon on the matter!!

Loved it. People that work there mist of them very friendly, helped you found items that you vould not locate on your own. Prices was fabulous, lots of sales, and clean & the music was terriffic. Looking forward to going back.🙏

I purchased some gift cards which I was supposed to get 10% off each one but was charged the regular price and they refused to correct the issue. Not going back will shop on line.
