Brandi in the intimate section was everything! Her personality was everything and she made u feel comfortable because I was nervous! Literally was able to pick the perfect bras! Wasn’t sure if I should tip or not 😂 she deserves a raise!

Even when I was a young and fit soldier it was difficult for me to find clothes that fit, but middle age, cancer, a pandemic and a sedentary job have taken their toll. I want to thank Dillard's for maintaining a Big and Tall store for men. More importantly, I want to thank Violet for being so helpful, knowledgeable and understanding. I have an in person customer meeting to lead in a couple days and needed some threads (it was on very short notice). Thanks for taking the worry out of being able to find some proper clothes to wear that fit. It really took a load off my mind.

I have never been to, or heard of, Dillard's. I found so many great deals on dress shirts. I'm a big guy. 3x sizing. It's hard to find clothes that look good because most companies believe that big guys deserve frumpy shirts/ tshirts/ polos. Not the case here. They had selection and colors. It was amazing! As amazing as that all was... the way I felt while shopping... not so good. It really was very off putting. Enough to warrant a low review. While separately, the woman working in the shoe department and the woman working in the big men's department were helpful, nice, engaging, etc... when it came to actually checking out I felt like I was in the middle of a heated battle that did NOT make me feel comfortable at all. The shoe clerk offered to take the shirts I had picked up out of my hands so I could shop the shoes. It wasn't until after that did I feel my shirts were essentially being held hostage until I was ready to check out. The woman in the big men's area who then helped me find even better deals and correct sizing tried to get me to check out with her. I told her I still was looking and that I had shirts over in shoes being held. It seemed I struck a nerve. She told me that "she always does that". She was upset that her sale from department was snatched away from her. I nearly made 2 purchases just so I didn't have to either get my shirts from shoes to take to big men's or take my shirts from big men's to shoes. It seemed like a big deal to both of them. The lady in big men's ended up asking if I wanted to tale the shirts to shoes to be rang up. I agreed to this. She then gave me a business card with ALL her information including her cell to text her if I needed help. This is definitely something I'm not used to and really felt uncomfortable but she was an amazing help and I really would go back to her if I lived in the area! Just wouldn't call or text her... I kind of expressed my overall confusion to the shoe clerk and she told me not to worry about it. I told the shoe clerk that the big men's clerk said to take 1/2 off the clearance prices, which wasn't signed that way, but she said she'd take care of it. The receipt didn't seem to match up with that. But I paid and left. I honestly couldn't get out of there quick enough. I can't explain just how awkward I felt! At the same time I spent $170+ on new dress shirts for work that look great. It was weird!

Never shopped here before. Never will again. While walking through with just two items, I was asked by 3 cashiers from 20 feet away if I was ready to check out. Not if I needed help with anything or if I found everything I needed. Then, while checking out, the cashier was halfway through the transaction when another walked over, stopped her, and told her I was his customer. Our only interaction was when I asked where the fitting room was, which does not entitle him to claim me as his customer. He voided the entire sale, and started it over, causing me to be delayed even more. If I wasn't in such a rush, I would have taken my items and gone to a completely new cashier. Again, I'll never be back.

Violette Soryal is THE REASON we shop at Dillard’s. She takes incredible personal care of us and has truly become like family. My son is 6’3”, so Dillard’s Big and Tall Store is the only place we shop…precisely because of Violette! She treats him like her own son, finding sizes, recommending brands, making suggestions. She texts when there are specials, always keeping us up to date on items he might need. If she isn’t working, we come another day. She is absolutely essential to us finding the right clothes for my tall guy! I have recommended Dillard’s and Violette to other friends with tall sons and husbands. They immediately found out why and are now repeat customers. Violette makes Dillard’s look good! Thank you, Violette!!

Omg- Violet Soryal who works at Dillards Mens department did a wonderful job helping me as I had little time and she definitely understood the assignment. She went above and beyond. The mens Big &Tall section has such a wonderful selection and I showed Ms. Violet a picture of the dress that my daughter was wearing to the father daughter dance and she was able to pick out items that went with the dress so that her father could match her. She picked out 3 different outfits to be exact and everything that she picked out - I bought it :)!!! She’s the absolute best!!! Dillards has a true Jewel indeed!!! Please treat her well!!! Thank you.

Store is good. Located in perimeter mall so easy to get to. Generally have good clothes. Associates might be a little indifferent but that’s to be expected. The von Mayr store obviously has a lot better service. But you can find some pretty good deals at this Dillards store...
