They had the door locked before 9 and I called was told they take the last customer at 8:45 when I told him that it wasn't 8:45 but the door was locked anyway he came up with a different excuse...Smh next time just say you lock the doors early 🤬

Absolutely horrible. Bought a refurbished unlocked phone and every time I take the SIM card out it reverts back to being locked onto the sprint network..but I bought the phone at metropcs. Lesson never buy a refurbished iphone from these people. They won’t help at all.

They're a rip off, reason being they charge to much for these refurbished phones knowing they're not going to give you the service you pay for them Something should be done about it, but of course it's so much greed andeverybody is getting their share not thinking about the customers whom they're robbing blind.👹👹

My phone needed to be replaced (run over by multiple cars in the alley, because it fell off my car, didn't know). Anywho, I was not feeling well, but Representative S.P. was very courteous and patient with us. We were able to get a new phone at a great price. We visited the location at 2550 W. Red bird Ln in Dallas, TX. Go for visit. Thanks again So.P.!
