These guys here allowed someone to get an IphoneXR in my name through progressive leasing. No I.D was required, and i connected them about it a rep said he would contact me back regarding the matter, but never called back. I'm hiring an attorney and making a police report that's pretty much all I can do at this point. This store has handled the situation poorly so beware! they even allowed the person to use my bank routing and account information.

The "manager" marco is a horrible ghetto youngster that has zero customer service skills and has to talk over you. He will go thru your phone and add stuff claiming its free when its not.. He should be fired and shouldn't be training anyone. I will not be back and DO NOT recommend this location. He also claims that he is the store manager which is a joke to cricket wireless.
