I had an amazing experience today at this cricket location!! Maria was the one who helped us out and she made sure we had all the best deals!! She was very understanding of all of our needs. We had a very confusing situation and she made it as easy as possible!! We are so excited for the great deals offered at cricket as well as Maria’s amazing customer service!! I feel very comfortable leaving the store with all our new phones because I know that if I have any questions they will be able to help me out!

Inventory Manager turned my service off and changed all my personal information such as pin and security question. Her reason was that an employee who no longer worked at location gave activation waiver. Which is not stealing. Also I paid for 30 dollar plan. She accused me of theft. Also the lil guy with funny hair gave me attitude. Darius if you read this please don't let that be crickets staple of service.

Unprofessional workers at this location, went in to buy few Sims and first the worker tells me she only have 1 sim card available at the store, than she calls few cricket wireless stores to ask them if they have any Sim cards and asked me to wait 30 to 45 minutes while she goes and get the Sim cards from another cricket store.... I waited over an hr and half still nothing she comes back with only 2 Sim cards when I needed more than just 2 got me mad and wasted my time.... I left at the location and went to other cricket store where they had Sim cards in quantities..... never going back at this location again and never sending anyone I know at this location.. Wish I can give negative stars....
