Catch them when they give port in deals only! As even then you have to pay for the 1st month bill which cool but then connection fee, and taxes (metro pcs waive the connection fee and if the phone is free in a port in deal u just pay for the plan 50 or 60) and cricket tells u after the fact u get there u also have to buy a case or 2 for the port in. That's how they did me.

I don’t like that I cannot receive pictures or send if I am not on their data. My data runs out extremely quick even though I make sure I turn it off when I’m at home and on my wifi. The only time I use their data is on weekends and by the middle of the month I already ran out. Which sucks because I cannot order a ride, look for a place or use maps. Not very safe for me since I am always with my kids. Data also turns on by itself

The experience was interesting...it was like she would sell us something and the we would let her know that was what we would do and then she would say for some reason she couldn't give that deal to us... so I ended up getting a new phone that when asked about the phone she had no knowledge and also said the company doesn't give her that information...well I'll tell you what gave me that info GOOGLE

As before the store on Inwood is the last one you'll want to go to if you're forced to use Cricket service the last time I talked to customer service they ran me around for an hour and the guy actually told me I would be getting a call in 2 or 3 days from a special team that they have for my problem guess what never got a call and also to the owner of the Inwood store I tried to speak to your district manager she was on the phone with one of your employees and she refused to talk to me you probably wouldn't get up there and take a look at your computers because

Say what you want about Cricket wireless and call me cheap but I was paying $120 with AT&T for unlimited everything and I would still drop calls when in the city. I decided to try Cricket and now (with auto pay $5 discount) I pay $60 for the exact same thing. Have yet to drop a call. The staff may be young but they really are experts. I don't know the young mans name but everytime I go in, my questions are answered or he will show me and explain step by step on how to trouble shoot the problem. I'm almost an expert myself now. They are lucky to have him.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They offer competitive prices, great family plans and have a wide range of phones to choose from. When my phone was stolen, they stepped up and gave me the accessories I got from my original purchase free of charge. It was one of the best experiences I've ever had with a wireless cell phone company.

I love the network & got a new phone ZTE razor recommend by young csr, went back several times asking for help. My phone doesn't apdate automatically, emails i have to refresh everytime i remember (i receive work orders thru email) & i have to go back into settings just get back on wifi... I understand we have to start somewhere but having 3 really young csr with no mgr onsite. Not cool. csr need training on product they sell.

Went to the store on inwood Road at 7pm one hour before closing to be turned away by the clerk who had already been closing the store clearly an hour before the store was too close worst customer service ever had felt very unwelcome. I will make sure I do not trouble this clerk again at this store. That's very clear they do not care for the business.

I have been to a lot of cricket stores in the area. This is the best one that i have been to employees are helpful, don't try to sell you something that you need or want and genuinely care about their customer. THIS SHOULD BE THE ONLY CRICKET STORE YOU GO TO PERIOD!!!
