24 Best cell phone store in Dallas, Texas (TX) 2024

My husband had bought a new phone and gave me his old one dice I broke the screen one mine. Instead of figuring it out by myself at home I decided to go to the store. When I went in they greeted me at the door. The walked me through how to do it myself so I didn't get charged, which was excellent. I decided against it and had them do it for me and I would foot the bill. They gladly got it up and running in no time and were the sweetest couple of ladies. I recently cracked the screen on this phone so I will be going in to buy a new phone very soon. Sure hope they're working. Thanks Ladies ~Christina

I would recommend not coming here. I went to buy a phone for my grandma and told the employee Linda that i wanted the $55 Plan and no extra features. Ms Linda gives me different prices, i agreed to one of them. She mentioned it was just going to be the phone price, first month service bill and activation fee. Once she finished activating the phone, i asked for a receipt because she hadn’t gave me one until i asked for it. Once i got my receipt i looked at it and i was charged 2 accessories which i did not get, she had put me on the $60 plan and added the cricket insurance . They do anything for a simple commission. Catch them when they give port in deals only! As even then you have to pay for the 1st month bill which cool but then connection fee, and taxes (metro pcs waive the connection fee and if the phone is free in a port in deal u just pay for the plan 50 or 60) and cricket tells u after the fact u get there u also have to buy a case or 2 for the port in. That's how they did me. ~Michael

This is the worst phone company I ever signed up with. I signed up for service and did not get service and could not get a refund. Really really bad choice. Never ever again will I recommend this company. A big waste of TIME and MONEY. ~George

This Boost Mobile has really great customer service and the store is remodeled and looks great! Employees are up to date and can help you on anything you need! I switched from Metro one week ago and it’s the best thing I have done! Awesome service from employees & Boost Mobile! ~Melissa

They won't do anything to stop these annoying nuisance calls I've been getting these past few days. I've gotten more nuisance calls these past few days than I've ever gotten in the entire four years I've been with metro. They just want more and more money! They don't really care about their customers! ~Miguel

This place is horrible I been to other Metro stores and all of them surpass their service the agent there hispanic is very rude and do not explain what he is doing and charges you what he wants be aware check your changes on your account before you leave this store. They not even polite or thankful specially that hispanic guy that works there. He was charging me almost $200 dollars ($196 exactly)when I only was supposed to pay only $135 monthly had to call costumer service to fix it. If you decide to go to MetroPcs go to another store I advice you the service sucks there and they hardly acknowledge you. ~Mar
