I will be the first to admit we walked in about 5 minutes before they closed. However with this being said we were immediately greeted with extremely rude woman trying to chase us out. We knew exactly what we needed and asked her where the pet stairs might be. She directed us there by yelling rudely, while smack talking other customers in the store and being rude to essentially everyone customer and worker alike. One of the cashiers had trouble with a particular order and while the other lady stopped around in a bad attitude being angry, she then eventually came back to help her while chastising her for not asking for help. I was in the store for a grand total of 6 minutes (I had the item I was looking for in my arms and I was in line by minute three) because of the line being ignored by this rude employee who seem to be in a position of seniority, we were all there longer than if she had just sucked it up and helped everyone as was obviously her job. I understand people coming at the last minute being annoying, however this lady handled it and every wrong way you could. She insulted customers within earshot and even other co-workers while she was helping them. If I'm being honest I'm not a bed bath and beyond kind of person. I came here because I had struggles finding help from my older pet to get up the bed safely and I did not have time to wait for an online order. My experience today has certainly not changed anything about that I will do everything I can to avoid bed bath & beyond in the future and all because of one employee, everyone else there was great. However my very poor night of customer service began at this store, next time I will just bite the bullet and try every other store even if it's less likely they have what I want. I don't plan on returning.

Store has changed for the good I think. Seems less 'junkie' but seems to have same items. Not as much floor to ceiling inventory, it seems. Had what I needed so, I was in and out. Store workers were very helpful and pleasant.

Recently purchased a outdoor child's chair for $20, a couple of pillows, and a outdoor wicker table for $30. A lady walked up to me and gave me some coupons and I checked out paying only $53!!! Praise God

I went to the McDonough location and Emillie was great! When I approached the front desk for help with a product that was not on the floor, her coworkers looked at my like how dare you even think about asking me for help. Not only did Emilie gladly help me, she called the location closest to me and asked them to hold the item for me so I could pick it up the next day. BBB is one of my favorite stores and the next time I have to go to the McDonough location, I'll look for Emillie. Shoppers have choices and we can shop anywhere we want. Thanks for making the trip worth it Emillie!

Man, the mighty are falling fast. Hardly any stock in the store. If this is the new model for them, I'll shop elsewhere. Prices are totally outrageous. When you can buy the same items for close to 30% or more off...wow

Very bad experience with a manager named Shanell at this location. She has the nastiest attitude and was giving literally every customer in line a hard time. I barely shop here to begin with and now I’ll never be back. Learn some customer service!

Super friendly service! I purchased an item off line and the emails told me to bring it here. I arrived and they weren't sure they could take it (it was a baby item) but they very kindly let me return it here since my return slip sent me there and I had my baby with me. Thank you!

Disaster! Purchased knife set on line after store did not have product. Was supposed to arrive within 5 business days. Two weeks later after have to make 4 calls to see what was going on and being told there was a wrong address.. The knives showed up in a plastic bag, bent, scuffed and missing knives! Contacted customer service and I have to ship the knives back to them and once they process the return they will ship back out the product. WOW what a horrible process. I will never again purchase anything else from Bed Bath & Beyond - Buyer Beware...

The store has just about everything you need for stocking your home with gadgets. Some are high end; some are low end. It just depends on what your price point will be for a particular item. If you sign up for their mailing list, you will constantly get 20% coupons in the mail or via email. This particular store has a staff willing to seek you out to ensure you are finding what you are looking for. Wow, nice for a change, huh?
