I see alot of bad reviews for this location but I have to say my experience was alot different. I recently to took my father to this location to get vaccinations. He is dealing with the very recent loss of his wife and the pharmacy staff were exceptionally supportive of him and showed him compassion and dignity. Thanks to those workers for taking a min to help someone in pain.

If I could give this particular location 0 stars then that would be more accurate. Overall, I find the staff to be very rude, unaware of their own store polices and unprofessional. I've spoken to the management constantly over the numerous issues I've continued to encounter here but nothing seems to be improving. Therefore, I much rather take my business elsewhere than deal with the incompetence of this entire operation. Lastly, the Pharmacy is filled with a bunch of elementary kids that display a very hard time with listening. No one listens to the customer and orders proper medicine. No care from these people.. they're just riding the payroll clock. Do Better Publix of Mt. Zion

Hello, I came in today 11/10 at 3pm expecting to get $5 sushi and this location didn’t have a single $5 sushi put out but had tons of regular priced sushi. I asked where the $5 Wednesday sushi was and the man and woman working (both sushi attendants) just handed me a random one from behind the counter. They didn’t ask me what type I liked or anything. An insensitive and rude gesture. Very disappointed with this experience.

In line to get a sandwich made at 7:07pm. 5 people ahead of me and I seem to be the only person in line that has a problem with an employee sweeping in the sandwich area while sandwiches are being made! Meat is coming from the coolers below and condiments are on top,, wide OpenTable! That is so unsanitary . No one has said anything to thie employee yet!. Publix, Mt. Absolutely the WORST deli location of all public, the workers are rude and working slow on purpose 6/2/21 and I stood in line for 45 minutes and did get a sandwich because of how long it started to take. I will NEVER a return I even tried to call and complain and no one picked up and I tried twice SMH

I hate that the Pharmacy never answers the phone. No matter when I call, customer service has to keep sending me over to the pharmacy line. Then, when you go in the store you'll see 4 or 5 workers. Some doing much of nothing and the whole time you're wondering why it takes them so long to answer the phone. If they could fix this, they'll get 5 stars from me.

Very friendly and helpful. Pharmacy was clean and well kept. The tech was knowledgeable, she handled my order in a very timely manner! I was very impressed with my visit, I will recommend this location to anyone seeking a new pharmacy for their prescription needs!!!

The disrespectful workers, who know absolutely nothing, are a disgrace to the Publix name. They are rude on the phone and in person. Also, they lied to me about what a medication is for, thank God the pharmacist was able to correct her. Absolutely the worst pharmacy I have ever been to.

Do not go to this Publix for the pharmacy. First time I used them I had a bad experience with a staff member working the pharmacy. I just went with the flow and left thinking maybe the girl at the counter was having a bad day and I shrugged it off. Second time I tried to use this pharmacy location, I got the same nasty attitude from another staff member. She rolled her eyes at me and walked off mid conversation leaving another young girl to cash me out. Then that poor girl didn't even know how to operate the cash register. I've used two other Publix pharmacies, one on Hudson Bridge and the other in Lake Dow in McDonough and I've never experienced any problems with those locations regarding customer service or wait time. It's a shame for anyone to be treated that poorly and shown such disrespect. You would think the pharmacy staff members would be a little more professional, understanding and sympathetic to their customers. Especially when a good percentage of their clientele are usually in dire need of their medications for legitimate reasons.
