I have never had any issues that Ameris workers couldn’t handle. Whenever I needed them they were there. They provide excellent service and the atmosphere around them is pleasant.

Started to rent from them, but changed my mind halfway through the online paperwork. They charged our card anyway, even though the paperwork was not completed, and we have never set foot in the facility. My husband called the office about this right away, and they told him they would work on it and call back and never did. And now they have charged us AGAIN.

Store doesn’t communicate, managers were unprofessional and all the company care about is money. I even tried to speak to someone above store level, but issue wasn’t solved and they don’t care to reach back and resolve issue. Don’t waste ur time or money!

Today I had a wonderful experience with Office rep Kelly, she was super helpful and knowledgeable. I came to pick up a uhaul truck and she was able to get me in and out very quickly and she was helpful in every way and answered all my questions with no issues. I would definitely recommend this location and anybody to get help by Kelly. She really saved the day!!!

Dropped off a payment today and was advised of a rate adjustment. There had been no notification prior to the adjustment. Not good business practice. Just as an update, management is so concerned with negative or critical reviews that they respond with the exact same insincere response to every critical review except they left their contact information off of mine. Nice

This is one of the worst storage facilities I have ever dealt with, it is impossible to get a hold of or get a call back from anyone higher than the store level. The turnover of both their regular employees and management is the worse I've ever seen at a facility, which in return means you don't know who to deal with at the facility (every time I go in, the new person just blames the old person for the problems). They will lie to your face, they will lie to you over the phone, they will forge your signature. Yes they will forge your signature on a new contract when they can't find the the original one you signed and then email it to you. They will raise your rate without notifying you, even though when you signed your original contract you were told that there would be no rate increases for "at least" a year. They will change their late fee, which used to be $20 to 20% (which in my case means they tripled it), again without notifying you. No call, No text, No email , No letter, nothing. I originally set up auto-pay, (or so I thought) and my stuff was literally set for auction because the person didn't set up auto pay when I did my original contract (you know that one they lost). So I paid everything that they said was owed and was promised that somebody from corporate would contact me back to make it right, which never happened. Technically the only contract that's on file with this facility right now is the "forge one" the previous manager made up. I still can't get anybody to contact me to discuss that matter, which happened almost a year ago. I have more important things to be doing than writing this right now, this is costing me more money than it's worth. But I feel like I need to warn everybody else. If you have a problem with this facility, you will get no answers, they will not call you back, they do not care... Service: Moving-related storage
