The representative inside the car rental office is extremely rude and unprofessional. I had a reservation and showed up only to be told there were no cars available. She said "i aint make the reservation and theres 100 people in front of you on a waitin list". Meanwhile there lot is full of cars. Thanks for waiting my time and money to come to your poor location. I will never use AVIS for any car rental service. ~BKSTYL3

I see alot of bad reviews for this location but I have to say my experience was alot different. I recently to took my father to this location to get vaccinations. He is dealing with the very recent loss of his wife and the pharmacy staff were exceptionally supportive of him and showed him compassion and dignity. Thanks to those workers for taking a min to help someone in pain. ~Mike

Horrible customer service!!! I was charged for medicine that was covered by my insurance. People make mistakes ok , it’s frustrating but when I get to the store to make you aware of the mistakes you made don’t have an attitude with me !! All the employees look like they just rolled out of bed , and they all had an attitude!!!! Very frustrating!!!!!! Won’t be using this pharmacy again !!! ~Black

To say that I'm disappointed is an understatement. The male employee with colored locs that worked on Sat, Aug 27th @2pm doesn't need to work in customer service at all. I'm a mother so of course this rubbed me the wrong way. A child was trying to use his mother's card and couldn't quite remember her pin. The employee kept showing how he was growing impatient which made the kid nervous. The kid asked if he can put the stuff back and call his mom for the correct pin so the employee took his snack and drink out of the bag then forcefully threw them on the floor behind him. When the kid came back with the right pin the employee again showed poor taste in body language towards this CHILD. He needs a course in human interactions if he gets that frustrated over a child not knowing the correct pin code. ~LeeLee

Ordered new tires and installation. Tires arrived in 2 days, received email to paid at pickup. Went to Sam's paid for tires and scheduled installation in 2 days @ 3pm. Left car on my lunch break. Pick up car at 5 when I got off work. No problems at all, fast delivery, worked with my schedule, nicest staff ever and new tires ready to roll. ~Wanda

I have a 2021 k5 that I had repaired after a bad accident and let me say that although there was a wait time to get it in and it was a lengthy process, the results are incredible! My car looks brand new like nothing ever happened. It was a very extensive repair and it was done flawlessly! I could not recommend this shop enough. I visited the store just recently while on vacation and I was so pleased with the customer service and how clean and organize the store was. I purchased the membership and a few books for myself and my son. I traveled back to my hometown in the Caribbean and realize my membership card had issues pulling up online to make a purchase. I called back the store in Morrow ,GA and spoke to Ricky I explained my concern and he was very tentative and was able to resolve my issue, locate my info and helped me out tremendously. Just went here today with my sister and didn't know it was there! Happened upon it while just doing a bit of thrift shopping. Very nice little shop with a lot of everything for Christians. It's got beautiful colorful bibles, it's got communion products, it's got cds, devotionals, notebooks, gifts for others, and just about everything you can think of needful for church or just yourself. The staff was very kind and helpful. Very grateful to them keeping the store up and running. Will come again! ~Eri

I've been here twice for a phone I've been holding onto for some years now. My screen went black and they were able to replace the screen and seal my phone back up. Years of priceless memories were saved and as soon as I got my phone back I made sure to back up everything on it! I really appreciate their hard work and customer service. Chris and the rest of the staff at this T-Mobile store were so nice and helpful. We came in to fix a problem that my father was having with his phone. And Chris was so helpful and patient with him. He did not try to push him to buy a new phone. Instead he made suggestions so that buying a new phone was the last resort. I really appreciated how patient he was. And the service was so quick! I went there prepared to wait for at least 30 minutes or more just to get waited on. I will definitely return to this store with any issues I may have in the future. ~Melanie
