WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IMAGINABLE!!! 8 people working in the store, 2 people ahead of me, was told it would take 15 minutes, ended up being half an hour. Don't go there unless you have time to waste! Even people going in just to pay their bill were told it would be over half an hour! UNBELIEVABLE!!!🤬🤬🤬

Needed a repair and visited the store on a Saturday. I was told that it would take an hour or so and to return back. When I arrived a technician came from the back letting me know my phone could not be repaired due to an inventory issue. After speaking with the insurance company the Supervisor mentioned the technician made the mistake which has made me lose sells within my business because I use my phone to operate the company. It is now day three and the Supervisor from Assurance has advised me to drive to another location further from my home due to this locations ERROR! The fact that this young man as well as another woman was only concerned about me getting an upgrade instead of resolving my issue accordingly has really left me feeling as if i was never a priority to begin with. I'm considering if I should go to another cell phone service provider seeing that I've been a customer for over 25 years. I would never recommend this location to anyone. And please save the scripted response/ reply from management. I've already escalated this issue to your higher ups.

Discouraging to endure online chat and setup an in-store pickup on T-Mobile website under the "on us" promotion, but get to the store and their "process" is different to the tune of $63 in fees, in-store service admin cost and activation. So I went home and completed the purchase online at no cost. Then I go online to activate the device once I receive it and my account doesn't acknowledge the device. I go back to the online chat and again, they're encouraging that I go in store for faster service. I declined, and made clear I will send the device back if they did not activate it. They have account info, phone and card number verification but claimed the info wasn't enough but eventually activated the device. Now, I can connect everything EXCEPT my Metro by T-MOBILE cell phone to the WiFi 😡 the chat is "experiencing longer than usual wait time" so now what??? Back to the store????😡which store??? TMobile or Metro???😡over it!! Spent 30 minutes going to Metro who couldn't explain why my phone won't connect to the WiFi and they're ALL owned by T-Mobile 😡🤦🏼♀️

The staff was very nice and the store has lots of parking. I'm having 2nd thoughts about T-Mobile as a carrier because their policy regarding defective phones is awful. The phone I have REVVL 5G randomly deletes contacts and they don't know why. I wanted to trade for another model or a new phone of the same kind. All they would offer is a refurbished model of what I had and I would have to drive back to the store to exchange it.

Chris and the rest of the staff at this T-Mobile store were so nice and helpful. We came in to fix a problem that my father was having with his phone. And Chris was so helpful and patient with him. He did not try to push him to buy a new phone. Instead he made suggestions so that buying a new phone was the last resort. I really appreciated how patient he was. And the service was so quick! I went there prepared to wait for at least 30 minutes or more just to get waited on. I will definitely return to this store with any issues I may have in the future.

This place has really awesome service. You are greeted and acknowledged. I came here because I was tired of paying a higher bill with Verizon. Honestly it's 2022, a phone bill should not cost you what you would pay for a vehicle. The service is good, I was able to get all new devices and I'm very satisfied. Sasha was my Sales and Support Associate at this location, and she is awesome at what she does. Every concern I had about services with was patient and very helpful. It also helps that she is very happy and loves what she does!

Got here at 10:15 sign in there are 2 people being served and 1 person waiting. Got called at 11:13 and rep was Tracy-Ann. I have a sprint card in my old and want to change it to my new ipad and was told by Sprint to come here. First thing rep says I don’t think we can help you. T-Moble might not have the sim card for your ipad. Rep said there was nothing she could do . I was here by SPRINT!!!! The rep in the picture with pink on could have helped us because the one that helped her had to ask her all of the questions anyway. DON’T PATRONIZE THIS STORE. What’s up Sprint WHATS UP T-MOBLE? You still taking my money.
