Very great customer service from the new girl! I came in there to switch my service and got out with a new phone. Very friendly and had a great conversation with her unlike the other girls. I highly recommend to go to martiza.

if I could have chosen "no stars" I would, the worst customer service I have every had!!!!, and when I asked for the store managers name they gave me his first name, I asked for his last name and was told he didn't have one, and I asked to speak with him, she ask how she can help me that he was busy then said he wasn't there, and every time I try to get in contact with the manager he is never there, no one knew the district manager number, corporate number , or who was the SM boss, had to call the 1800 number to put in a complaint so they can send feedback smh, but my issue not resolved, I've been in retail for a very long time and the way I was treated at this location was horrible, I know the phones are cheap, doesn't mean you should have a cheap attitude, please fire to rehire asap or at least retrain and get another manager.

Very kind service along with very cheap pricing on cases. Cheapest in the area, they also offered me a repair service for my phone which i ended up trading in. This place has everything to offer as far as phones go.
