Just left there where I made a reservation and prepaid it. Get there and the guy with the dreeds and freckles on his face was very rude. He said we don’t have no cars I don’t know why they let you do that call the 800 number and tell them to give you your money back and then proceeded to walk away. If you are a manager there and you have cameras please look at his interaction with us thank you

Well I paid for my car in advance I checked in from my phone which was easy it's just when I got there he gave me a dirty car I asked for it to be cleaned or give me another car the 2 nd car was dirty he said he had just cleaned it but it had drink cups and napkins in it not sanitized at all windows dirty I rent fr the all the time near had this experience the young man was mad that I did not want the car I told him I will wait for car to be cleaned he said it will be 2hours for what no one was there but me no on please and customer service

The representative inside the car rental office is extremely rude and unprofessional. I had a reservation and showed up only to be told there were no cars available. She said "i aint make the reservation and theres 100 people in front of you on a waitin list". Meanwhile there lot is full of cars. Thanks for waiting my time and money to come to your poor location. I will never use AVIS for any car rental service.

My daughter made her 1st purchase today and had a great experience. They gave us room to look and very patient as she went back and forth finding exactly what she wanted. A big shout out to Mr. Savage and Mr. Ford for an easy and smooth purchase.

The ugly: I picked up a Kia Soul with an empty tank. The interior of the car was dirty. I will not make things worse by uploading the pics. It would take three visits to the car wash to thoroughly clean the car and get rid of the bad smell. Also, the engine light was on upon pickup. The GOOD: The service was prompt. The process lasted no more than 30minutes(morning appointment). The first week's payment was also deducted the same day. Pep Boys is the designated mechanic shop for the Avis rental. So, I drove there right after leaving the office for a multi-point inspection(tires, oil change, engine light...) I did not have to pay for the inspection. My advice to anyone using the rental for commercial purposes: take pics/videos of the vehicle(interior & exterior) before leaving the lot. Also, you might have to make a stop at the car wash after picking up the car.

I paid for the fuel service, the car was on EMPTY when i picked it up .. Defeats the purpose. The car was dirty on the interior, the customer service was trash. This particular site closes before the time that is posted on their website. Also, when i arrived all of the lights in the inside of the facility were turned off, and no one was at the front desk, giving the customers the impression that they were closed... I'm sure that this was done in purpose. There are too many competitors out there for Avis to operate as if they are the only car rental company.

This location is horrible just like all the other Avis locations! I made a reservation for 9am for a Uber rental. They had no common courtesy to call and let me know they didn’t have any rentals and they knew they didn’t have any. Overbooking taking reservations wasting people time and gas. Avis is horrible do not rent with them!

For anyone going here for the express drive program thru Lyft here’s all I went thru and the process. You book your reservation via the Lyft app. Your "major" credit or debit card will be charged $250 and you will not receive it back until you return the car in "good" condition. A day before your scheduled appointment to pick up the vehicle you will receive an email from Avis-Lyft stating everything you need to know about pickup and some of their policies and charges. They will provide an email in there where you can contact them if you have questions or concerns. There is absolutely no phone support for express drive. Only email. When you arrive they will ask for your major credit or debit card, (they do not accept online banks) along with your drivers license. This card will be charged if you do not have enough money to cover your rental whilst driving for express drive and it will be charged for any incidental purposes. After they get your card info clear you will then go to view an on boarding video that is about 30 mins long. When the video is over a representative will come in and ask you if you have questions. They tell you about incidental charges and claims and accidents and requirements such as not taking the car out of state. Once done with that, they will show you the vehicle they’ll be giving you. You cannot choose, and you’ll walk around the car. They claim they take video of scratches or damage but take your own video. I would also test drive the car before having taken the vehicle for so long because they don’t speak of how the car runs. The service team is open only mon thru fri 7 am to 2:45 pm and the office is open mon thru fri from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. In my experience they’re quick to respond to emails but I do not know about after business hours. I had no issues with the staff so far however I do feel as if they could respond to emails in a more professional way. The office space they have for express drive is inviting.
