Used to bring my car to this location for two years faithfully because it was close to me. Today I sat there from 8 to 1:39pm waiting on a oil change. A girl who came after me got her car serviced before me while I went into the building after waiting outside for hours. NOT TO MENTION I was told three hours wait time. Just for them to skip my car when I wasn’t watching. I would of cursed everyone out but I’m better off taking my money elsewhere. Unless you want to spend your entire off day at a dealership go SOMEWHERE ELSE.

The body shop at KIA Morrow is Top Notch! After an accident, I took my K5 up there for the repairs. And I must I am very impressed. Christopher was very professional. Kept me in the loop thru the whole process with the insurance company. I got my car back in less then 2 weeks. And you couldn't tell I was in an accident. For that they get 5 stars from me. Very satisfied customer.

I bought 4 tires all at once and paid 500 plus dollars and was told the tires was covered under 2 year warranty. They never specified what the warranty covered.. I took the car because 3 of my tires are good and one one of the tires have already gone bad. I got the tires May 5 and my car was at the dealership 30 days after because someone broke in my car and tried to steal it. So I brought my car back and I was told the tire not covered because of the TREAD. When you come here it’s always something. Now they are saying I need a alignment. Poor customer service!!!! Very Poor!!!!

Twice I have tried to purchase a vehicle from this dealership and both times were a disaster. Watch out for shady practices like bait and switch advertisements and “market adjustments” to listed msrp prices.

My wife and I went to Kia Atlanta South to look at a few Tellurides. Maurice Simpson is a great consultant that was not pushy and very helpful. With so many Telluride vehicles moving around it’s hard to find one that has everything we want.. We will be back to see Maurice Simpson specifically to buy our Telluride.

Friendly staff, clean facility, snacks /coffee provided, charging station; I was not informed of the multi-point check. I had no idea it was a thing. Would have been nice to know about it. Hopefully it was an oversight & I’ll be told next time. Take advantage of their coupons.

Went in for oil change and had them take care of all the recall and computer updates need. Ended up having to buy new front tires as mine were in extreme bad shape. David was our service person who took care to keep us up-to-date on progress. Next month back brakes need to be done. Second trip to have my back brakes replaced. David was awesome in his assistant.

I purchased a vehicle from here back in September. William was my sales guy and was absolutely amazing. I then sold the vehicle about a month ago. I reached out to Delroy so we could cancel the GAP insurance. I submitted everything over to him that he requested via email and asked to confirm receipt and asked if there was anything else needed. I did not hear back for a couple of days. I called back and spoke to Delroy. He found the email and told me he would forward the info over to Patricia to process the GAP cancelation. I called back a week later and left Delroy a message just to confirm the information had been sent to Patricia. I asked him to call me back. I never heard back from him after several days. When I called back Patricia was on another call so they sent me to her voice-mail. I left her a voice mail just to confirm that she received my info and told her to call me back to confirm. Once again several days have passed and no one called me back. I called today to speak to Delroy. He told me it had been sent over and it can take 45 days for the refund thinking I was worried about that. I told him I understand how it works as we buy cars every year. I was confirming everything was sent over and never heard back. He then told me I wouldn't hear back. I asked him if a customer calls and leaves a message asking for a call back or confirmation on something, you don't call them back? We purchase a new vehicle every year and I will not be back to deal with this company again. Sales are great but if you need someone to call you back... forget it

I have a 2021 k5 that I had repaired after a bad accident and let me say that although there was a wait time to get it in and it was a lengthy process, the results are incredible! My car looks brand new like nothing ever happened. It was a very extensive repair and it was done flawlessly! I could not recommend this shop enough. Thank you so much for such outstanding work and great customer care!
