On of the bigger Big Lots stores and it's well stocked. FYI: Not sure what security genius blocked off the checkout registers but you have to go in check out and go back through the line to get out of the store... doesn't make sense to you? It doesn't make sense to me either.

The Manager was nice and helpful. However, I was there to return an item that I originally paid $38 for. I did not have the receipt, but I had the credit card that I use to pay, originally. I was ok with in-store credit or putti g the amount back on my debit card. When I returned the item, the clerk gave me a gift card for $23. When I questioned her about the amount, she was very flippant and referred me to another clerk. Because I was expressing my concern for a 64% ($15 difference) reduction in the amount, she ( the original clerk)immediately accused me of having an attitude. She said "you over there, rolling your neck..." i told her I was not upset, I was just questioning the amount, and being expressive. The point is...she was going to send me out of the store nearly $15 short, because she didn't want to take the time to complete the correct process. Then wanted to project her frustration onto me, because I called her out on it. LESSON; keep up with your receipt, and if you feel you are owed more, question it, and ask for a Manager, up top!

I am always at a Big Lots but this one here is the closet to my house. It always has new furniture, always has new workout gear and always has a great selection of home items. The cashier's are always friendly and make you feel welcome. I always enjoy my experience at this Big Lots.

Recently remodeled and looks pretty good but forget getting help in the furniture department and when you finally do get the help yourself they never have what you want in stock. Went to Conyers and was definitely a whole lot better experience with friendly staff, in-stock items and a willingness to help. The furniture people at the Stockbridge location seem like they hate their jobs
