Mrs Rose

I went for a tarot reading with a list of questions and before I could ask them, she answered them all during the reading. Her reading was honest and just. I am very pleased with the service and I’d definitely go back for another. Thanks to her, I can have a better tomorrow. ~Thomas

Publix Super Market at Stockbridge Lakes

Customer is great and employees are really friendly. Although you have to have much patient when visiting this store because the staff is very slow and get long quick. I went in on July 27 at 3:47 for a sub at the deli and I didn’t leave out until 4:30. There were only three people in front of me. The subs are great but not worth the wait. Plus I went into the store for a Caesar Salad which they never have. ~UKAHI

Publix Pharmacy at Stockbridge Lakes

Went into the store today to pick up a cake we ordered on yesterday and to change the pickup date of a cake I initially wanted Saturday to Sunday. Very simple! Unfortunately, I was met by a hostile, unprofessional, negative and disrespectful bakery clerk named Jane. Jane said you have to come into the store to place your order and pay. I allowed when the policy changed, Jane said she didn’t know but if I didn’t pay for the cake by Saturday I will not have a cake to pick up on Sunday. In the past two years I’ve had 2 epic cake fails at this location, one cake was so horrible the manager said it was free. He thought that was make it all better but I rather pay for something I actually want. The second order was mysteriously lost but I had my copy. Now you have to pay in order for your cake to be made and deal with the likes of Jane? I went to speak with a manager but Bobby had to run out the store to stop a customer who was stealing. ~Dina

Big Lots

The Manager was nice and helpful. However, I was there to return an item that I originally paid $38 for. I did not have the receipt, but I had the credit card that I use to pay, originally. I was ok with in-store credit or putti g the amount back on my debit card. When I returned the item, the clerk gave me a gift card for $23. When I questioned her about the amount, she was very flippant and referred me to another clerk. Because I was expressing my concern for a 64% ($15 difference) reduction in the amount, she ( the original clerk)immediately accused me of having an attitude. She said "you over there, rolling your neck..." i told her I was not upset, I was just questioning the amount, and being expressive. The point is...she was going to send me out of the store nearly $15 short, because she didn't want to take the time to complete the correct process. Then wanted to project her frustration onto me, because I called her out on it. LESSON; keep up with your receipt, and if you feel you are owed more, question it, and ask for a Manager, up top! ~Willa

Znails

I'm usually a generally satisfied, easy-to-please customer, but I was very disappointed with my most recent visit. I got a gel manicure with French tips. That night, not even 6 hours later, the white tips began to come loose and peel off like tape. I didn't even do any housework or anything to cause it. By the next morning, three of the tips had peeled loose. I went back the next morning and said I wanted them to redo ALL of them because if one hand peeled off, the other would start too. They refused to redo all, offering to only redo the ones which peeled off and put a single coat of clear gel over all of them. Well, later that night, the tips on the OTHER hand began to peel off just as I suspected they would. So, I wasted like $40 for an unsatisfactory gel manicure plus $15 in tips to two technicians, plus two hours of my time making two trips to the salon. I've never had a gel manicure peel the same day I got it. If they had done it correctly in the first place, this would not have happened. And if they had handled my redo correctly and with respect to my concerns, I would not be leaving this review. (photos: 1st is the next day, 2nd is same night after they "repaired" them). My general experience after about a year: Pedicures: good Manicures: okay (gel & SNS) Eyebrows: don't let them touch your eyebrows Services: Pedicure, Gel manicures ~Les
