Everyone is always so helpful in all the departments check out is always nice to check out person is always courteous and attentive that I have gotten all the items I needed. The pharmacy everyone is very nice that's where we get our prescriptions. The store is always nice clean not cluttered shelves are well stocked and orderly.

Customer is great and employees are really friendly. Although you have to have much patient when visiting this store because the staff is very slow and get long quick. I went in on July 27 at 3:47 for a sub at the deli and I didn’t leave out until 4:30. There were only three people in front of me. The subs are great but not worth the wait. Plus I went into the store for a Caesar Salad which they never have.

While Publix as a whole has excellent customer service this Publix is more than lacking in the deli department. For two years I have made exceptions. No mater what time of day. You wait in long long lines with out even as much as an acknowledgement. Today we placed our order online thinking it would be easier. I actually left our home later than expected to ensure they would be done. 1 hour later and the subs are not done. Not started and when we asked an associate finally she said it would be maybe another fifteen minutes!! This is absolutely insanity. This location needs to evaluate its processes and staffing needs in addition to the customer service Publix is known for. This is not a exaggerated complaint from an impatient and unreasonable customer. We have been more than understanding and patient for two years and they still can not get it right ! Will not be shopping here again.

Publix grocery stores are always a cut above the rest. The people are always friendly the service is quick and the products are always top notch. This location however seems to go even a step above that. I enjoy shopping here.

This Publix is sooo slow to get your order ready. I ordered a sub at 2 for pickup at 6 and it still was not ready. This is not the first time this has happened to me, I even had to cancel with them to go over to eagles Landing and get my order. I saw one guy cut the bread, then touched door handles with his gloves and then grabbed some turkey 🤮. Cross contamination! The deli staff move like snails while customers are waiting around. Dealing with this makes the customer experience suck!

The store is pretty well stocked. My issue is with the sandwich counter. It is ALWAYS understaffed. Friday night and only one associate is working. No sense of urgency and I do understand. If management does not value it's customers why should they kill themselves. I do see other associates, I just don't see them doing anything. No manager in sight.

Publix in my opinion has some of the best wings. There not like those baby wings most wing restaurants serve. Don't get me wrong they have other things that you need and want, but it's the wings for me. Customer service is usually good here as well.

If I could leave a zero for this location, I would. I got some pasta noodles today from this location full of bugs. Dead bugs and a lot of alive bugs still moving around in the box. The dead bugs were embedded in the fettuccine noodle strands.. when I took all of the noodles out of the box, the bottom of the box was filled with bugs just crawling around in the box. My skin hasn’t stopped crawling yet! I’m disgusted

This is the only Publix we've been into about there now, lines are backed up & the store manager has come out and waved customers over and opened a register. She is always friendly & helpful. You need more managers like her

Placed a deli order to be picked up at 5:40pm. Pick up #92-4416. After shopping around the store, I go to check on my sub order at 5:55pm, I gave them a grace period . The order wasn’t ready, no worries I’ll wait a little long for it. Talked to a worker at 6 o’clock just to see where things were, she said she was in the middle of making them. In the mist of waiting, I noticed two other subs ready for pickup well after my pickup time. Asked again at 6:20, I was then told it’s a lot going on. It’s so sense of urgency for the customer, “where shopping is supposed to be a pleasure”. I was able to know all about another worker named Brandon, since the deli women were so concerned and laughing, knew all his business. Almost an hour for two half’s of a sub is absolutely ridiculous, will not be returning to this Publix. Eagle’s landing can do it better!
