The Manager was nice and helpful. However, I was there to return an item that I originally paid $38 for. I did not have the receipt, but I had the credit card that I use to pay, originally. I was ok with in-store credit or putti g the amount back on my debit card. When I returned the item, the clerk gave me a gift card for $23. When I questioned her about the amount, she was very flippant and referred me to another clerk. Because I was expressing my concern for a 64% ($15 difference) reduction in the amount, she ( the original clerk)immediately accused me of having an attitude. She said "you over there, rolling your neck..." i told her I was not upset, I was just questioning the amount, and being expressive. The point is...she was going to send me out of the store nearly $15 short, because she didn't want to take the time to complete the correct process. Then wanted to project her frustration onto me, because I called her out on it. LESSON; keep up with your receipt, and if you feel you are owed more, question it, and ask for a Manager, up top! ~Willa
