Don’t buy from here!!!! We purchased various big ticket items from here including a washer and dryer. We paid to have this delivered and assembled! The drivers came in the middle of the night (very close to midnight) and refused to reschedule because it was incongruent for them! They hit my wall going up and never removed the bolt off the back of them and guess what…they shook so hard they damaged my brand new floor! We just bought this house and these were brought in days after we moved in! We called millions of times to speak with someone and no one answered! We decided to just go up there and speak to a manager and he said someone would call but it’s been weeks and no one has called! No one cares that my brand new floors are ruined!!! Don’t buy here they just want your money and obviously don’t want return customers!

This store is amazing. They have the best selection of large and small home appliances I've been able to find I'm Georgia. I will never shop at another big box or home improvement store for appliances again. Everything on their floor can be purchased and taken home the same day. No more waiting weeks for my new washer or refrigerator to be delivered for me. On top of a fantastic selection their prices and customer service are almost impossible to beat. I personally recommend this store to all of my family and friends.

Worse experience. Waited around for help. We had to go to another side of the store to get help as multiple sales agents were just standing around doing absolutely nothing. Then Pascal Effossou. comes to help as we are walking toward them and he has an attitude when I ask him what his name is. Normal protocol would be to introduce yourself so that we would not need to ask who our sales person is. If I did not need these appliances today I would’ve walked out. Terrible service. I’m never shopping here again.

Terrible experience with Brandsmart. I called in today and ordered 2 items for my contractors to pick up. I was told that the items were available in stock and I paid for the order with my credit card over the phone. I told the salesperson that my contractor would be picking up the items an hour later, and the salesperson assured me he had physically seen the items in the warehouse himself just moments ago. Almost exactly 1 hour later, I receive a call back stating that my order cannot be processed. The staff are extremely rude about it and try to make it seem like it is my fault! My contractors are at the store at this time, so I tell them to go ahead and pay for the items and I will pay them back. It turns out the store does NOT have the items in stock. This is despite multiple assurances I was given that the items were there one hour earlier. Ridiculous waste of time and terrible customer service!

The delivery boy was terrible. His tone was way to demanding, from the start of the confirmation call, and when he challenged me to put on a mask after I asked him to put one on I had to ask him to leave my home. If he is concerned about catching COVID he does not need to be delivering to customers homes. Forget about complaining to human resources because they reroute the complaint to the store. It's been over a week and my complaint has not been addressed properly by the store manager. Speaking to the manager of the driver was a complete waste of time. She hung up on me the first time and after holding for almost 20 minutes she finally answered and told me she had already heard about the concern from her driver.concern out

The only reason I would not give a five star review is because of their delivery service. It is absolutely the worse experience ever. After 4 delivery attempts and after we were notified of our delivery date and time, our refrigerator was never delivered as scheduled and as told. No one in the store could give a reason why it was never delivered. The delivery service manager lady called back 3 hours later while we were at the store picking another refrigerator up ourselves. The delivery service manager lady was very rude and did not care. The only reason I gave some stars is because the appliance manager at the Sockbridge store was great and apologized. He and other salesperson said customers were complaining about their delivery service also.

I received exceptional customer service today at the Stockbridge BrandMart store. I was so impressed with the service I received; I will definitely recommend my friends and family to shop at this BrandsMart. Mario in Appliances Dept and Rosie in the Television Dept were extremely knowledgeable and courteous to me. They answered all my many product questions and gave me cost effective recommendations on the items I purchased. The Store manager David also came to my rescue and was able to facilitate my return of previously purchased item. To the BrandsMart team that assisted me today I really appreciate all your help and because of the Amazing customer service I received I will be back to shop again.

People are willing to greet you as you walk in and assist you. The variety of products they sell are worth it. I walked in in a good mood. I exited in the same manner. I've purchased items there for over 5 to 6 years. I don't have any bad comments. It was crowded but manageable. Loads of parking

My goal was to get a television to put in my office and connect via a flat antenna, while working my travel business. In this store you can find all types, brands and sizes of sets. I chose an off brand, quickly checked out and left the store. Customer service was available due to the store not being crowded. There is always plenty of parking at this location.

Recliners everywhere! Televisions and so much more. Upon arrival to the store I noticed that they're having a good sale on so many things. Although I went to look at their stereo systems there wasn't much to decide from but I did notice everything else. Customer service wasn't really helpful there but maybe it's because they were going to be closed in an hour. The prices were decent so Ill return at a later date.
