If I could give this place zero stars I would. I went to see if I can fix my phone and never did I want to upgrade she told me it would be a better option and they would take my cracked phone because they take phones and fix them I guess they had a special or something going on. and now she lied and that's on me so now they want me to pay for this new phone that I didn't want and the old one she told me to return to them. makes no sense to me at all everything she told me was a lie and Verizon isn't doing anything about it. do they tell their representatives to lie just to get a sale and that's not good at all. I've spoken to about 2 managers at this place and they all say there handling it but yet I'm still getting charged for a phone I DID NOT WANT. everybody in this place lies. please go somewhere else.

My daughter had a curbside pick up and it was raining and Shelly still came and brought the device out to us that was very kind of her . Most locations wouldn’t have came outside . Thank you once again

I came in today with my daughter and left extremely happy with everything that I had intended on purchasing. Zachary was outstanding on his knowledge and service skills, there was even a period of frustration where I was going to lose all of my contacts during a transfer and he went above and beyond to help me and my daughter leave happy. Although the other coworker, I didn’t catch his name, sat around and didn’t do very much the entire time I was in there. This other coworker watched Zachary pretty much handle two or three different customers at a time without stepping in to assist. I’m extremely happy that I was able to get my brand new iPhone 13 and my daughter was able to get her brand new iPhone 13 as well for our birthdays thank you Verizon I think I’ll stay a customer forever! Ps I hope Zachary is promoted or at least gets better help. Hello Verizon fix it.

Very poor service! I walk in this morning for a wall plug in charger (power plug)... there's a young man sitting at the counter talking to him mother on the phone asking for $200 to buy a phone. No employees in sight for several minutes like 10! The Fedex Driver comes in for a few and then the Verizon employee finally comes in from the back room. He starts joking with the Fedex Driver and then and the young man... I have to interrupt to ask for assistance. Completely unacceptable! And Verizon you should be ashamed for selling power plugs for $40! I walked across the street and purchased a type C charger for $7.99! So absolutely ridiculous!

My boyfriend and I both purchased out phones and smartwatches here. The service is GREAT every time we go in store!. The store is very clean and very roomy. The reason I deducted a star is because I had to call the store recently to find out how to get my screen repaired. I work from home using my phone, and the glass is starting to fall out where it is cracked. When I called the store the first time, the first person I talked to seemed like they were annoyed with my question, in a rush to get off the phone, and also gave me bogus information telling me to call 611. When I discovered that calling 611 would not help me in anyway, I called BACK to the store and got a different employee this time who, although he still seemed rushed to get off the phone, he at least didn't make me feel like he was annoyed with my questions, actually listened to me, and gave me actual helpful information. I was honestly surprised with my treatment on the 1st call! Never have had this issue with this store before, and really didn't appreciate it! I know you guys get busy and have customers in front of you, but you need to treat your phone- in customers exactly the same! I would think that your staff would consider us pretty valuable customers considering we have a total of 5 devices on our plan and our bill is never late, at least valuable enough to give us decent treatment on the phone...
