Found exactly what we needed. Shoes are a decent price. The check out was quick and I had no issues. They are my "go to" when I need to cute shoe to step out in.

Wasn't greeted when I entered the store. No black flats in my size. Only one style of black flats and they ran small. They focus on boots, sandals and heels. Not really for professional environment.

The hispanic lady was very rude when I was told I can't exchange for more shoes after I was trying to explain that I was never given a receipt in my hand so it would be hard for me to have one if it wasn't placed in my hand! I will never return here and I will stop payment the funds I spent considering I should have a right to exchange reciept or not especially after less than 24 hours if purchasing the items.

I love Shoe Land! If I can't find shoes anywhere else, I can find shoes at Shoe Land. They have great prices and a nice selection of shoes. The staff kept the store organized, which was good considering it was Easter weekend. Every thing in the store was 50% off! I got 2 pairs of shoes for less than $20!

Trash, Disorder, Unprofessional, are all words that comes to mind when I visit this store. Employees stand around talking with each other. The employees eat around the merchandise and refuse to help the customers. When you ask for directions or help towards a specific Item the employees just point and refuse to lead you anywhere. It seems like their is never a manger on duty. I always wonder who runs the store. Shoes are thrown everywhere. Worst Customer Service Ever! I have to admit their shoes are cute. Despite the appearance of the merchandise, I haven't purchased anything because when I visit I'm so displeased with the service that I cant seem to force myself to purchase anything. Maybe if they had an online store I could finally purchase from them one day. If I were you and you have to buy something just get in and out. Don't send more than a penny at this store if you don't have to.
