After reading these reviews. I was scared to stop in but glad I did i was met with a smile, checked and and helped I'm less than 10 minutes. Adarius was helpful, patient, answered my questions. He stepped outside to personally point me in the direction of the nearest ATM. Give them a try new team on board.

I stopped into the store today. I lost my phone. I got some help from a specialist named Ashley. She was very courteous and kind. She troubleshooted my problems and I walked out of the store with a phone. I am very pleased with her customer service. Keep her around.

Went in today to upgrade my phone, watch and to buy accessories. Gentleman comes over to help me and a guy who is sitting there stands up and starts asking questions instead of making him wait like I did he walks off and helps him. So another Gentleman now is helping me. I sit down and before I could finish my first sentence THE SAME GUY COMES OVER AND DOES THE SAME THING. This time both the first and second Verizon employees are now helping this 1 guy. Customer Service is lacking. Waste of time. Learn how to say "Sir please wait your turn, I'm assisting this customer". Over it.

Waited in the store for a hour and a half for a new sim card that at the beginning of my wait I was told they had them but when it was my turn to meet with the agent they didn't have them

Make an appointment 1 week in advance, smh (jk...but not really) Good service when you finally get help. EDIT: So I'm back. Just for a case and screen protector. 20 mins & I'm still currently waiting. Not much has changed as far as wait times. 🤦🏽♀️

If I can give 0 Star I would but it won’t let me. The moment my husband and I walked in I already knew one of their employee was going to give me hell which she did. She has the worst attitude and doesn’t know to communicate with customers. She was the only one that wasn’t wearing her name tag so I wouldn’t be able to give you a name.

Bad service. Verizon told me to come in store then I was given the run around. About getting my device unlocked it's ridiculous that was told to go down the street to pay to have my phone unlocked because according to Verizon Verizon can't unlock a Verizon phone sounds suspicious and lazy to me I just needed to request permission that's what it clearly states on the web page I have to request the permission to get the device unlocked and I requested permission and then sent me to somebody else to pay almost $100

They're not friendly, polite or customer focused. The wait is never shorter than a hour. Some of the representatives are grouchy and rude. Only one lady seemed as if she was glad to be at work. I understand they can't control how many customers come in, but nicer.

I came to return a phone two hours before closing time. I was signed in and told by a gentleman that someone would be right with me. 30 minutes into my wait almost every employee left leaving one person who was busy still to handle the rest of the customers. I’ve been waiting an hour and it’s almost time to close. Those employees should have stayed to help knowing their coworker was busy. Bad service.
