If you want an excellent Customer Service experience, visit Cricket Wireless on Willow Lane in McDonough GA (located in the Walmart Plaza off 20/81, next to the dollar tree). Kara’s energy and Customer Service skills are impeccable. In addition to her awesome personality, she was extremely knowledgeable about all of the products sold there. It literally felt like we were amongst family. Thanks again Kara, my baby loves his new iPhone XR and I LOVE my new ZIZO BOOM 8 Bluetooth Speaker!

Came in to ask a few questions and do some browsing, both Theora & Kevin were extremely helpful and friendly. Wishing a short amount of time I was being taken care of. This is the only location I’ve ever been to since I decided to become a Cricket Wireless consumer over a year ago & I’ve never had an issue at this location.
