What an awesome experience! Isaiah B was informative and patient from start to finish. He listened to our concerns from previous experiences and laid out everything in details to help us make an educated decision. There was even a situation with a rude customer while we were in the store and Isaiah handled it with so much Grace and professionalism. Give this man a raise! Referring everyone I know to him.

Maybe I caught them on a bad day but Sheri, although swift, was very vague when discussing cost & not very forthcoming with information. She cared more about sales than integrity. I spent the next few days speaking with customer service to resolve multiple issues & hidden cost I didnt agree to.

You feel like family because they greet you once you enter the store. Ms.Zhane customer service skills was amazing! She was professional, patient, respectful, attentive and had knowledge about each phone with out reading anything. Ms. Zhane was so sweet! The manager, Ms. Sherri was super charismatic. Definitely don't mind driving from Tara to here again.If you haven't visited yet. What are you waiting for?
