Low prices for back to school items. The store was neat, clean and well stocked. I enjoyed getting the discounts I received and the staff.was nice.

They had a sell on children's shoes. It didn't take long to find what we were looking for. The sale persons were very polite and professional. They wore mask which was great and told us about other items they ha a sale too.

I was looking for school shoes for my niece, who is so picky even at 9. We found 2 great pairs of shoes at a good price. They had a large selection of kids shoes (not sure about the adult selection).

You can't buy Nike shoes on the the buy 1 get 1 half off any more here and that really sucks because that's all the family wears is Nike. But great customer service

I used to have great experience to shop here, but it wasn't today, Tuesday, May 4th around 2pm. The customer service was bad. The lady working on sale floor was very rude. I picked three different types of Nike slipper and put them on the floor to decide which one I would buy. This female employee came and took all of them without asking me eventhough I was holding one pairs to put them back on shelves. Then, she also took the box that I decided to buy without explaining and asking me. I felt so frustrated. I asked her: " what's wrong?" She answered:" I am checking". Then, she left without any apology or explanation. I felt so so bad because I was on the call with my brother to buy him a gift for his birthday which is a pair of Nike slipper. We have not met each other for long time due to the pandemic. I has spent at least $200 each to buy shoes here every year. While some businesses struggle to find customers during this pandemic, this store employee' customer service etiquette seems to scare their customers away.

I went in looking for a certain type of boot and I didn't think that they would have them. They did!! And a size 14 is very hard too fine off-line.

First time coming to this branch, I saw only one girl on the floor to help the customers from the time I enter till I leave the shop. She moved from men's shoes to women shoes and from women to mens. And it was busy. The deal was good. The product is good. Its just the customer service no enough staff but im still giving you 5 star since i found what I was looking for.
