They've made alot of great improvements at this location and every time i go in they improve something. I wish they put back the pole scanners for prices, those were helpful, I just use my Walmart App now and scan everything. They also have a shopper reward program i just signed up for

Walmart always feels like home regardless where you go. I especially like the layout of this store. They also have unique items like spicy cheese puffs that I couldn't find anywhere else. I love their great value brand for a great deal on the common stuff that brand doesn't matter.

They discriminate towards people with disabilities I'm unable to use the self check out because of the disability I have with my hands they wouldn't provide me with a cashier to check me out so I wasted 2 hours of my time this morning because I couldn't be helped at the registers but yet there's 20 employees standing around up front and not one register open thank you for discriminating against people with disabilities it is greatly appreciated

This place is a major joke. And not a funny one either. The prices on the shelves don't match the much higher ones in the computer. The cashiers don't listen at all to the customers either. Don't ask any of them to do their job. You will get a major attitude from them. You're better off going across the street. You'll get way better service and the prices are the same as this sad excuse for a store.

Its Walmart! What else can I say. Your one stop shopping experience! Hard to find help sometimes and lines are way to long to check out but other than that you can't beat getting groceries, having your yearly eye exam, picking up your prescriptions, and getting your taxes done all in the same building!! 😀

As usual there was only one line for assisted checkout and many in that line. I prefer being assisted. I had ice cream in my shopping cart and it was thawing. Many stores not just Walmart are making it unpleasant and time consuming to be assisted. Customer service has vanished. Profit is way more important than the customer. Management forgets there is no store without customers.

I am going to give the store a 5 but the people a 1 and police -1. Reason guy see us pull in park in a handicap space (sticker never ever leaves car). We in for 5 min I go back out get something see guy smile see cops I laugh. 30 min later we leave she says someone called and says you don't have a handicap sticker I say who smile. Cop look in my cup holder and ashtray I say window. She says oh I never seen that there. Me um hum. Do the math people.

I have shopped here for many years. It was nice to go to one store and get everything. I am disappointed in the self check out. I have a large family and often have 2 carts of stuff. I have asked many times for them to open a register with a cashier. I used to enjoy doing all of my shopping here but I have recently started going to other stores and only going to Walmart for just certain things now. It was a bad decision to go with these self checkouts, it's ok if you only have a few items- but not for someone like me. We honestly spent around $300 a week for the past five years at this walmart and they have lost most of my business because they won't have cashiers at the registers.

I'm amazed at the awesome customer service I received today. I've been to many different Walmarts and this Walmart in brimfield is one of the best. Super nice people with great smiles. I work retail myself and I know it's not easy to work with people but they helped me not once but twice to get something off a very high shelf I'd like to personally thank Sarah and Chris, keep doing great things. It might seem small but it's a great blessing to some of us😁

My favorite Walmart in the area. All departments are kept well maintained and clean. My only complaint is that there is usually only one to two actual cashier's open and many self checkout lanes. If I'm ringing up and bagging my own stuff then I'm buying less! It's nice for those with a short order but seems like these have taken a lot of jobs away.
