I went there just today to get my brakes fixed, when I called I was told it would be about 4 days till my bike would be ready. The moment I went into the store Molly was very attentive and just fixed them right then and there! She even filled my tires with air!! She’s was very sweet and kind! She really made my day! I hope everyone gets a chance to meet her she’s awesome! ~Taylor

Amazing selection of books, other materials, and items. I got a beautiful Catholic Bible and a commentary. I also picked up a beautiful ring with a cross set into a red resin background as well as a reminder stone with the Laburnum to remind me that through faith I can conquer any difficulty. Lovely, knowledgeable staff, that was friendly and helpful. I'll be back soon. ~Jonathan

Went there to get gas as I was really low. Cashier tried to charge me $26 dollars for $10 worth of gas and a pack of smokes. I caught it, she corrected it. Honest mistake but their cigarette prices were over a dollar more than everywhere else. Went outside to pump my gas. Put the nozzle in and it acted like it pumped. Drove off, and it said my gas mileage was still the same. I went back and noticed the pump on the other side of it said “no gas” on the pump. I went back in and told them I think the other side is out of gas too because my miles on my gas gauge remained the same and asked if they could go out and check to see if it’s dispensing gas. The guy inside instantly got rude with me and acted like I was trying to steal $10 worth of gas. The female proceeded to tell me “When my tire gauge is low it can effect my gas gauge.” Ummm ok I don’t think so. I wasn’t trying to argue so just left. Went down the road to Sheetz and guess what, my gas gauge went up after I pumped gas. I should call the police because they honestly robbed me. ~Reanna

I needed a U-Haul last minute and Chad (store manager) went out of his way to help me out. U-Haul was clean and comfortable. I've gone to both Tallmadge Rd (rude employees and dirty trucks) and Cuyahoga Falls (didn't have the truck I reserved) in the past, but next time I will definitely go to back to Kent Rd. ~Audrey

They've made alot of great improvements at this location and every time i go in they improve something. I wish they put back the pole scanners for prices, those were helpful, I just use my Walmart App now and scan everything. They also have a shopper reward program i just signed up for ~Jenn

Large area, minimal parking but the drive thru is fast. I’ve traveled throughout the world going to this chain. Workers are pleasant and it’s clean. Didn’t give me a fork for these lava temperature egg bites, but not an issue. ~M
