Had the sweetest interaction with Brett, it seemed Brett was very knowledgeable and willing to help. Best service hands down. I love a friendly face and kindness and I got both from this location. Not to mention fast service and quality beverages! Keep it up! Also the rest of the staff was working seamlessly together and the environment was very pleasant! A+++++++++ yak Killin it!!!

Amazing coffee!! Incredibly friendly staff. I always use the drive-thru and every time the employees working are always friendly and helpful. Great job, Starbucks employees! :)

Ordered a white chocolate mocha. Tasted like bitter water. So nasty we threw away. Did not taste like any coffee was even in it. I love Starbucks but would stay clear of east Main Street Kent. I have never had coffee this bad.

They are usually great but were really off their game the last few phone app orders. New partners? This last order was a mess. My Americano was so weak it was undrinkable and my sandwich was smashed up inside the wrapper and half of it stuck to the wrapper when I tried to eat it. Not happy this time at all. Only reason I’m not giving less stars is because this is not normal. But seriously, get a handle on the quality control. Probably won’t order through the app for a while. Which is unfortunate because it means I won’t be able to stop as often on the way to work.

Large area, minimal parking but the drive thru is fast. I’ve traveled throughout the world going to this chain. Workers are pleasant and it’s clean. Didn’t give me a fork for these lava temperature egg bites, but not an issue.
