I asked for the Women’s restroom key the rude cashier told me they were on the counter “over there” and just waved her hand. There are 2 keys with no really distinguishable markings. I asked which one was for the Women’s. To which she rudely retorted “the one that says Women’s “. There was a greatly faded what looked like it might be a “W”. 0/10 I don’t even think an addict would overdose in that bathroom is was so disgusting.

I really love this place and I go everyday sometimes more than once a day. I only have one complaint it's bc I have never had a problem until this one time with a $100 dollar bill. I have been there lots of times with a $100 dollar bill and never ever had a problem until this one time. I think her name is Jen not only did she refuse my money she was really rude about it and that made me not want to come back when she's working bc this isn't the first time she's been rude to me. Everytime I use my ebt card she huffs and puffs like I said I think her name is Jen she only works mornings bc that's when I always see her.

Just went in here trying to get cigarettes some short older lady with gray hair in a pony tail was standing complaining about working with the public. I asked her a question about cigarettes and she said "I'm not clocked in yet I will have to get you in a minute" are you kidding me? There were also two other people. Horrible service. This particular woman is always complaining or making comments about customers and or her job

Been going here for years, but I'm finally rating it one because it is a very good place to get quality shakes and sundaes and there was a nice man named John who served my sundae. He deserves a raise. Picture is a brownie hot fudge sundae.

Today I visited this store. Employee Trey drop something as he was putting it away and started cussing and yelling. When I told him it was uncalled for and disrespectful to be speaking in a very foul manner especially when there is a CHILD in the store. His response was “Shut up I wasn’t talking to you.” I asked for a manager I could speak with, the manager herself told me there wasn’t one. Then told me there is a number on the bottom of my receipt I could call. I have called and reported this incident. But I feel something more needs done with this employee. I will no longer be a udf consumer until something is done. I will also be spreading my experience with everyone.

Had an amazing experience at UDF today. One of the workers named Trey was so polite and made me the best shake I’ve ever gotten from any UDF. The store was so busy it was so nice to see someone able to be so friendly in such chaos.

I spend a fortune here, so if anyone can tell you about it i can lol. I stop every night about 11:25pm. I always get my dog a bone because shes a spoiled baby but the staff is excellent. In the last 3 months we have gotten new staff there and they are amazing, they are so nice and go out of their way to help you. I love this UDF i actually live closer to the one on little york but will stop here every time for the staff. Keep up the amazing work

We wanted a Strawberry Shake and they were out of anything to make it. Then we asked for a peanut butter shake and they just said they couldn't do it. Very disappointing because that's the only reason we went. We ended up buying homemade brand pints though there wasn't much to choose from...there would have been a better selection at Kroger. Definitely left unhappy.
