Pharmacist Scott showed signs of mental instability. He made an unnecessary snippy comment, I told him he should be embarrassed of his behavior at the salary he makes. To which he pulled the bag of medicine for my elderly mother away from my hand , dropped it behind the counter at his feet, and said in a challenging tone "Do you want your medications?" I reported this escalating and threatening behavior to corporate. Note: front-end manager did qn amazing job with customer service when I complained to him. Please don't go to this pharmacy. I don't want anyone else suffering with this pharmacist with a God complex

Terrible experience. I was sold a broken product (walgreens brand blood pressure monitor that kept saying "Err"). When I brought it back within a week, I was told I wasn't allowed to return it even though I had a receipt and my debit card used to purchase it. I can see why this location has been getting bad reviews.

My negative review was removed in an attempt to fool the public. How many others have been removed? This place is horrible. Rating would be MUCH LOWER if they didn't remove negative reviews.

The pharmacy itself is nice even though however the store front employees are lack luster. Called today to cancel an online order (as per the instructions in the confirmation email) for an item that wasn't in stock. The CSR that answered seemed to not know where she even was let alone how to handle my request so she put me on "hold" to find someone else but instead comtinued helping people at the register placed the phone back on the hook to hang up. Called back, found someone mildly competent however they tried to tell me I could cancel it online. I explained that if there had been any information provided in the email confirmation of the order that would have been my preference. She figured out how to cancel said order so good on her.

He's rude and snarky and he acts like doing his job is just the worst thing he could think of doing at the time. I wish I could remember his name so I could call him out directly but I can't. Probably the same guy that everyone else on here is complaining about. Just better to take your business elsewhere.

i paid 21 dollars for my medicine at Meijer pharmacy!! At Walgreens Springboro they want to charge me 166 dollars for the same medicine!!? ROBBERY without a gun plus very rude and very very bad customer services.. I will never go back there and I’m not going let it go ....this story is going be on every where all social media

This review is strictly for the pharmacy only, not the store staff. I do not have enough experience with the store staff to have an opinion. I’m currently pregnant with my first child. Today I visited the pharmacy twice. Once in the morning and once at night. My first visit this morning, the male tech at the pharmacy wasn’t too awful, but definitely not friendly. I picked up my prescription and bought some throat lozenges. I’m currently having allergy/sinus/cold issues and being pregnant, I am limited to what I can take. After the lozenges not doing much to help me, I went back to Walgreen’s to ask the pharmacy what I could take and explained my OB/GYN just said I could take Tylenol cold. However there are several Tylenol colds so I wasn’t sure which ones were safe. The actual pharmacist was very rude, condescending, and acting like helping me was the worst thing he could be doing. I did not appreciate his tone and felt that he was talking down to me. I am definitely not happy with my experience tonight and I do not appreciate being made to feel inferior while seeking help with medication to get some rest. If you need advice from a pharmacist, I’d recommend going elsewhere.

Don't really care for the mean staffing. There smart comments are rude, they treated me like I was lying, hard to explain. But I may just have my Doctor call my meds in some were new.
